23/12/2011 11:17 | you will never believe this but I have just heard that none, yes none of the directors turned up for the AGM yesterday. Shame on John Liwosz and Anthony Brown wouldn't you say. Where's Shakoor when you need him ? | ![]() solarno lopez
19/12/2011 20:57 | Wander.ust, I was never invested here, just take an interest in some of the AIM scams. | ![]() andy
19/12/2011 19:23 | Solarno, why do you think they're having the AGM 3 days before Christmas? I'll tell you. 1) They know people will be too busy. 2) They know people don't want to be any more depressed than they already are, not being able to aford the Christmas they normally have, & attending a Minmet AGM could well make some feel suicidal. Now, as Minnie says, let go, your money has been stolen & is irrecoverable. Just come back here occasionally for a laugh. A merry Christmas & a happy & prosperous New Year to all. | ![]() wanderlust
19/12/2011 11:59 | Is anybody going to the AGM on Thursday..are you going Shak ? | ![]() solarno lopez
02/12/2011 13:18 | Thanks and I see you have taken the last traded price before suspension which is a great help as it continues to support my calculations and thoughts !! Which are how the hell have they arrived at 1 EURO as a value | ![]() solarno lopez
02/12/2011 13:13 | Hi minnie, how goes it? Solarno, 30000000 shares @ 0.5 cents equals $150000 Our illustrious directors can value them at whatever they like, as they can't be traded anyway. I think I'll value them at £1000 each. Hey, I'm a paper millionaire. Just hope the tax man & the ex missus don't find out. | ![]() wanderlust
02/12/2011 13:02 | Guys for the moment concentrate on the question please it is important | ![]() solarno lopez
02/12/2011 12:50 | It will turn out to be another minmet scam, if the shares really had any value left even 1p the directors would have taken it, beware some new 'phoenix from the ashes' fund raising call, you wouldn't put it past them. | ![]() wakeland
02/12/2011 12:37 | salarno,and how are you going to sell them,if you wanted to ???????.MM. | paulderoeck2
02/12/2011 12:18 | Can somebody please check my calculations cos if it is 27p per share we should be happy...shouldn't we ? | ![]() solarno lopez
01/12/2011 14:18 | this is mini minor, minor mini,MM. does any of the above matter, the euro will be dead in 10 days from now. very appropriate,as minmet [avantine] died long ago.so 30,000,000 euro will be worthless. i know i keep saying this, but mine and your money has gone. it was stolen.MM. | paulderoeck2
01/12/2011 13:16 | Just looked at the quote on Frankfurt and the shares appear to be suspended. Not only that the price is at less than 0.02 which is a FAR CRY from 1 EURO Anybody explain how they value the shares at 1 EURO please | ![]() solarno lopez
01/12/2011 13:07 | For clarity Aventine will receive 30,000,000 shares which the DIRECTORS value at 1 Euro each. How they arrive at that I do not know especially as the shares are NOT quoted. There are 92,248,000 Aventine shares in issue. Therefore at todays excahnge rate E30m = £25,741,556 divided by 92,248,000 = 27.9p per share which sounds very good to me unless Neville and Liwosz start playing with the £25m | ![]() solarno lopez
01/12/2011 11:31 | $30,000,000 divided by the shares in issue comes to (I hope the 20p) not sure where you get the $150000 ....but I am willing to learn | ![]() solarno lopez
30/11/2011 22:14 | I reckon there's something wrong with your maths. Assuming the shares are liquid and can actually be sold, $150000 don't equate to 20p per share. Or do you mean 20p per shareholder? | ![]() wanderlust
30/11/2011 12:02 | Good news... I reckon the sale of TUCUMCARI represents about 20p per share to shareholders....er can't think of anymore..oh yes don't see Mike Neville's name | ![]() solarno lopez
30/11/2011 11:31 | Solarno I don't think there's anything you can say that will shock us. Unless of course you have good news. | tomose
30/11/2011 10:54 | I have been researching the available information thrown up by yesterdays announcement and so far the findings are startling.... | ![]() solarno lopez
29/11/2011 17:50 | What ever happened to this company? I have never owned any minmet stock but I clearly remeber Michael Walters in the mail hotly tipping this stock and even seem to remeber him going to visit the mine. Have shere holders been scammed? If so by who? Has anyone gone to jail? Just interested because over the years I have been scammed by a couple of AIM stocks and nothing ever happens to the directors, most recently New Millenium Resources. | ![]() a.fewbob
29/11/2011 17:34 | Didn't notice that. Does it actually make any difference to Minmet shateholders? Rhetorical question, not requiring an answer. Andy, you do seem to get involved with some dogs, don't you? | ![]() wanderlust
29/11/2011 16:55 | Just checked Standard Gold Mines is NOT quoted it appears to be suspended | ![]() solarno lopez
29/11/2011 16:40 | Solar no, I can see the catch, can you? The shenanigans here seem endless........ | ![]() andy
29/11/2011 16:28 | Do I have to? OK here goes | ![]() wanderlust |
