not sure of an exact date but website says The Company will publish a quarterly update on its NAV.Last update was July results.. so must be something in Oct maybe

The M&FL ownership of THC needs to be addressed before investors jump in, in my opinion. They funded the drilling, what were the arrangements in return. This could have a significant impact on the NAV. It's a waiting game....

The Company may also from time to time make market purchases to buy in the Company's Ordinary Shares if the Directors consider this to be in the interests of Shareholders as a whole. The Company will publish a quarterly update on its NAV.

Been spending a short while catching up on the figures. Just shows how mental Aim is and how it's been took over by impatient herd traders who all pile in and then pile out regardless of the numbers and potential.

I mean the NAV is where the price closed at yesterday and then you have all this potential on top. "carried interest to production" ok that is years away but the current market cap values all this at next to nothing so you can see there is 50-100% potentially to be made from these levels and I remember when Mafl was a fav stock for ages and traded comfortable from 15p+ and as high as 24p

HIGHLIGHTS:

-- Earn-in transaction agreed between TH Crestgate and Ascendant Resources Inc on Lagoa Salgada zinc-copper project located in Portugal

-- Initial 25% of Lagoa Salgada sold for US$2.45 million in cash and shares in Ascendant
-- Ascendant may increase its ownership to 50% by investing US$9.0 million within 48 months and paying TH Crestgate US$3.5 million

-- Ascendant can increase it ownership to 80% by completing a feasibility study and making a US$2.5 million cash payment to TH Crestgate

-- TH Crestgate, assuming a full earn-in, will have secured cash payments totaling US$8.6 million, and a full feasibility study on Lagoa Salgada inside 54 months

-- The agreement, if fully exercised, would leave TH Crestgate with a carried interest to production.

yeah .. and you don't have to a financial genius to read how much working capital they had at end of June, how much the main asset was just valued at.. and compare to the market cap. Those who panic sold were being played by MMs.

Baffled by those selling under 7p. All you have to do is wait for next spike and you will have got a lot more for your stock.
