Ollachea in any sale now must be worth 25% more than when the share price was suspended. So just hoping for all shareholders that they will recommence trading and deliver full value

My others definitely are... but I suspect this Company isn't and hasn't been mining anything of any real value, I don't see how Ollachea can be operational at all as a Minera entity

If you check out this Link to Google Maps Street View images from March 2014, the Ollachea Mine was nothing more than wasteland, including an adhoc Refuse Tip !! at the Roadside alongside a River:



If you check out the more recent Google Earth Satellite Image, from above at least, it looks like it might be a genuine Mining Operation BUT there doesn't appear to be any Mining Equipment present ?????
(try this and look for the Google Earth option, zoom in to the main Highway)


Checking back through the past Year's records held on SEDAR, it doesn't look like there's ever been any genuine Mining Operations installation activity reported, nor the Finance to proceed.

Regardless of what we've heard about holdups due to infighting taking place between the BoD and Locals, this actually looks like a complete Scam !!!!

Exactly K6... it's possible that approx. 55000 Oz have been produced since September. At a Cash Operating Cost of $400 and perhaps $1100 Market Price over the term, that's $700/Oz or £35.75 million... the Market Cap at suspension was just £8m at 3.5p/Share.... I hope the Business has been operational AND such a profitable period will be realised for the Benefit of all Investors

In addition the price of gold has since risen firmly and up near 1250 now which MIRL would be hugely profitable.

What is going on I don't know. Talk about how to run a company into the ground. However give them another 3 weeks I think we could be surprised.

I've requested information from the Company, via their appointed Financial PR Reps... Buchanan. Just simply want to know has the Company been producing Gold this past 6 months or not and are Corporate management affairs the only problem. There could be money in the Bank based on Precious Metal Assets recovered and Sold... it would be nice to know ???

Potters - nope - Coruhami mine is shortly due to close anyway and doesn't go anywhere near covering overheads.

The intergrity and professionalism of MIRL has been lost by the Boards actions. It has a good asset in Ollachea but the company is being run by cowboys. Cant blame Nomads for saying 'no thanks'. Hence todays news.

Has it occurred to anybody invested in MINERA IRL that whilst all the news since early September has only ever been about Management disputes, Corporate management affairs and Share Dealing arrangements (or not) in the various Stock Markets, the BoD have not once made it clear if any one or more Mines are/have been operational or if any Gold has been produced/sold to Market ?

Is anybody else worried that we simply do not know and have not been made aware for a full 6 months now as to whether the business of the day... mining... has been operational or not and whether it has been profitable ?

In theory, somebody could have been quietly "working overtime" to extract all known Resources highly efficiently and we simply wouldn't know ?

Loads I have to differ with that opinion as you have stated before. I am more swayed towards reconciliation between all parties and a culmination of higher gold prices could well reward investors. However I personally have little interest monitory here other than a very interesting situation and potential great investment opportunity if things sort themselves out.

The rise in the price as against a fall to new lows, may be a powerfull tool in the armoury of this company.
A big incentive for all concerned to get on with the job ?
Well hopefully most at least !

Waiting for more of the right noises, go catch a nomad, the gold price may help with the lasso.

I still don't see this news release as positive., though happy to be proved wrong of course!

I notice the IKN made no reference to it, which suggests to me he may be checking his sources before making any pronouncements either way.

I doubt CONFIDE will work with team Hodges, but will they (hodges) try and sell it off instead whilst they call the shots via 3 votes to 2?

Good news summarised by iknWhat this is in one word: Reconciliation. It seems the two warring factions inside IRL are speaking to each other at last and coming to decisions that are for the good of the company (at last). However, I'd warn you all that you can't trust the Team Hodges end of this deal as far as you can throw them and that I'd expect Team Benavides to be wary of any traps they're trying to set.

Vish yes confide are still very interested and its actually in the Current BODs incentive to take the 240m finance and issue themselves with some stock incentives.

The potential here is extreme if all things get sorted. It really is a massive make of break

They have a minority of 2 on a BOD of 5.

The POA is very positive of course, but I would like to hear the official line before passing judgement.

Yes I think today's news is positive. The POA has been revoked from Pinto, they are aiming to appoint a new CFO and CEO and striving to get a new broker. It sounds to me like team hodges is backing away and they never did produce that report against Diego

Benavides ceding control to team Hodges, by the looks of it, but welcome an opposing view if there is one.
