Nothing from the blog, just a repeat of the newspaper having the news the day before it was announced by the company! But that's easily explained, anyone with a Tardis knows that trick.

I wonder if they also publish the lottery numbers the day before?

What a state of events here however Diego will have to stall the next EGM. Shareholders need to speak up here as they are within their rights to demand information and confirmation of votes.

I just (used) the OSC anonymous tipline (5). Perhaps others from all and sundry can inundate the OSC and other respective regulatory agencies with similar (messages about their disgust with the events of the Minera IRL EGM). Here's the link at the OSC on how it's done:

After several weeks of waiting to define the future of the gold mine Corihuarmi (Lima ) and Ollachea ( Puno ) project, approval of a new directory on Minera IRL Limited in Toronto (Canada ) held the day before, has not issued result , and any communication must learn from today on the London Stock Exchange .According to sources referred to the subsidiary (Minera IRL SA ) , "which has always sought the parent company , headed by Jaime Pinto, it is to prevent the realization of the shareholders " .They said the main point of the alleged irregularities observed by Pinto is related to the intention of miner Rio Tinto to sell its 19 % stake in Minera IRL Limited to third parties. "But this ( the sale of shares of Rio Tinto) is an external according to the company," they expressed

How about some comments regarding the loss of goodwill of the Peruvian communities and possibly the Peruvian government?
Diego and friends could make it virtually impossible to run any mining operations there. Surely that fact will not have escaped any potential institutions considering getting involved here?

What about the legal action taken against Diego! Was that just a threat? Hazl - certainly don't give up either way.Even if hodges does eventually win he has got to stick to his 8 point success route which means trading to commence on all 3 exchanges

The evidence is stacked up against hodges now and the Fca needs to step in 90% voted out and shareholders are the owners of the companySomething seriously flawed here
