Hazl the recent article put out suggesting confide are willing to supply Mirl with 240m and considering the current gold price, this would be trading potentially near 20-30p. What other small aim mining stocks have a 240m facility with the gold price rising though the roof!

If I understandthatcorrectly they haveuntil 21st March to appoint a new NOMAD, whereas normally the limit is one month, does anyone know why they have longer?

Is it because the suspension negates the need for a NOMAD?

It goes into all the things the quasi-State investment bank Cofide is up to at the moment (far more than just IRL), but also confirms that Cofide is good about moving forward with the full U$240m financing package for IRL to build Ollachea, as agreed. Ramos also states for the record that his entity has nothing at all to do with Sherpa, the people that Team Hodges tried to smear everyone that got in their way with during the incessant BS and lies campaign.




It's pretty amazing to think that a small junior can get a $240m line of credit to build a mine in this current market. It's simply incredible when you realize that Daryl Hodges and Jaime Pinto wanted to turn their backs on that cash (and certain members of the current board still do). The reason is simple; they wanted to carve up their own deal and get the commish. Scumbags

My guess is they are now talking behind the scenes, both sides hold some aces and a deal may have to be done to satisfy both sides, IMO.

Andy looks like it. However Pinto did put out his 8 point plan so legally they must adhere to that and in the interest of shareholders. However I am not optimistic by any means.

Thinking about this a bit more, this is bad news, because team Hodges now has a majority on the BOD!

And the postponed EGM for Minera SA in Peru looms, and Minera IRL hold virtually all the votes!

Has Benavides been outmaneuvered here?

that doesn't look good, team Hodges/Pinto are back in control numerically on the BOD now.

I wonder why the resignation?

Did they dig up some dirt I wonder? Or maybe CONFIDE are going to Pull out of their funding?

Not looking so good now, we need an explanation as to why Ramos has walked.

We all need to email the BOD and express our concern regarding POA which still lies with Pinto. Shareholders voted him out and he still remains as POA. Shareholders need to take action.
