convertible during H2 2015 at the 5-day VWAP, suggests management view 4.7p
as their H2 share price forecast. The market seems to have a different view.

Kirk6 - the present funding arrangement is only an interim measure, not a full solution. We have been told that, inter alia, an equity issue will also be required.

The consolidation may discourage some penny punters ..... for a while (:-((

a fund raising will be announced immediately after the consolidation, they can't raise money now at 2/3p per share or less .......but at 40p?? happens all the time, then the shorters will move in

I would say it rose a little before the remaining miners....which I thought was a good sign.
Let's hope there is a next leg up in the not so distant future!

WHO said gold mining wasn't being affected by the talks?
I think we can see it is, at present....positively here.....in my opinion.

MIRL is not out of the woods yet. Read para 6 in the 'Outlook' section of thr report RNS. The full facility is not yet in the bag, and if negotiations fail operations at Ollachea will have to be scaled back or abandoned. Further dilution via an equity raise is also hinted at. That's why the share price came back on publiation of this RNS, despite MIRLs heroic work in extending Corihuami.
