15/8/2019 19:57 | I search for 'Minera Portree de Zacatecas' and got the link anynews had given and it opened fine for me. The most relevant (but things have obviously changed a lot since then) quote is: During 1Q97 Minera Portree was almost acquired by Sikaman Gold Resources Ltd. who had planned to consolidate its issued and outstanding common shares on a 1:24 basis and rename itself to Mexicana Mining Corporation. Mr. G.W. Felderhof was to be President and CEO, Mr. Thomas D. Griffis was to be Chairman and Mr. D.S. MacLeod was to be director of the reorganized company. This effort never happened in that they were not able to raise the CDN $25 million agreed on for a purchase price. Sikaman Press Release 6Mar97 Sikaman Press Release 26Feb97 Sikaman Press Release 23Jan97 I also hadn't seen the recent BILBAO ROYALTY aquisition for $100k. hxxp://www.xtierra.c | bageo
15/8/2019 18:47 | anynews, have tried the link you gave and it seems to get me to cake! Is the link correct and I am missing something or what? TIA | bodgit
15/8/2019 16:03 | Looks like there is a Gentleman in Canada with mineral interests in Mexico who likes the outlook for Xtierra. One of Mr Luis Emilio Villanueva"s Mexican Companies "Minera Portree de Zacatecas" has recently sold down its 1.5% NSR royalty in Bilboa to Xtierra and now wants to sell royalties in six other claims to Xtierra for cash and stock. Some of the claims lie beside the operational Cozamin mine(Cu,Zn,Ag). They are similar small NS royalties and we don't know yet who is the current operator of the claims or what stage they are at. Cozamin are currently doing alot of brownfield drilling immediately northwest of some of these claims in an effort to expand resources. It certainly looks like they are very valuable to sell or to collect the royalty. We will have to wait for the deal to go through to get the juicy bits of information. Xtierra's head of exploration previously worked for this Company. I think this is a clever strategy for both Companies but lets see how much Xtierra stock he wants! hxxps://www.imdex-ca | anynews
31/7/2019 12:33 | Or say a merger with XAG which would give us an automatic listing and that company a broader asset portfolio with cash. | lendmeafiver
31/7/2019 07:48 | Does he know of any unlisted projects of that type I wonder. | keya5000
31/7/2019 07:47 | Interesting comments by Kearney in the AYM annual statements Anglesey also plans to pursue new opportunities for mineral exploration and development projects, with a focus on advanced copper and other base metal exploration or development projects. | keya5000
15/7/2019 23:08 | I really wish they would just get this thing re-listed, I wouldn't necessarily sell any at all, I just want to see a value rather than a holding in a private company. | lendmeafiver
15/7/2019 20:53 | Yes! of course there is........it means all the directors and advisers can claim their 'expenses' for attending! | rjwoodrjwood

10/6/2019 21:32 | Yep would make sense. | keya5000
10/6/2019 21:01 | Why don’t they just merge this with Xtierra Inc, they have a listing, we own a chunk of it anyway, Xtierra shareholders would end up with a far more interesting and broad portfolio of assets. Common directors, common shareholders. | lendmeafiver
10/6/2019 20:56 | John F Kearney has retired from NorZinc, given how important he is to Buchans it will be interesting to see what happens here, must be an AGM soon. | lendmeafiver
08/6/2019 19:08 | i know and their project is five years behind woodstock if they find out decent to prove up. | keya5000

05/5/2019 20:02 | Well to me this company is therefore very typical of an exploration company in that its exactly what it did do, it raised a million or two via a Private Placement, this placement funding had the penalty condition attached that if the company didn’t relist within a certain timeframe then the rest of us shareholders would get diluted every quarter! This is nothing to do with giving a few short term Shareholders an exit it’s not wanting to see my shareholding diluted every quarter. It’s better to just relist at any price to stop the dilution. | lendmeafiver |
