16/12/2017 19:36 | Well, if I don't explain who I am, you tell me I'm a paid deramper using a fake ID and ask who I am really. If I do explain, you tell me you don't want to read it. Rather a case of wanting it both ways. But don't worry, it was only that one article that caused me to drop by. A Jack, "why msg?" Because that was where the fake article was. It would have been a bit daft to post on the WRN board. Well, goodbye and, genuinely good luck in seeing your investment rise. | polly potoroo

16/12/2017 18:53 | Why MSG?, there are hundreds of companies out there to do whatever your doing. 'I'll repeat, I've never bought a share in any company in my life, nor, for your benefit, have I ever cooperated with anyone else in their investments.' | jack1236
16/12/2017 17:20 | Polly I know a bit about behaviourism and we are to busy to listen about your life story, have a look at the Blockchain vid and move back to LSE I think they are missing you. | driver101
16/12/2017 15:43 | Ok Driver I get it sorry for being Nosey. Some outrageous claims have been made on LSE which I wondered if you put to the company and of course they refuted ? | jp1962
16/12/2017 15:33 | Rampair, it's funny you should say that. Yesterday I posed the rhetorical question In Another Place, wondering how many of the people investing in blockchain associated companies today would have invested in the Dot-Com bubble in the '90s. There are distinct similarities but I'm particularly alarmed that so few people outside IT seem to be aware that a blockchain is just a transaction log stored on a database. Applications could just as easily use SQL or Oracle for a simple solution, or one of any number of distributed databases if they wanted to keep that property. The real driving force behind online currencies using blockchain solutions is the philosophical one that the developers want the db to be beyond the control and reach of existing, centralised financial institutions. As background, I nearly went into behaviourism but opted for freshwater ecology instead. I started university in 1979 and behavioural biology seemed rather woolly -it was even getting something of a bad name because of a certain lady by the name of Dian Fossey who seemed to be going native. It just so happened that I'd also spent some time with a Swedish photographer who had seen that his local lakes appeared to be dying. Roll on a few years of of sitting in boats on Swedish lakes and we had it down to acid rain. | polly potoroo

16/12/2017 15:12 | Comedy, I genuinely have no motive whatsoever beyond what I've talked about. I'll repeat, I've never bought a share in any company in my life, nor, for your benefit, have I ever cooperated with anyone else in their investments. You've evidently read some of my posts. I'm just a bloke (I liked the alliteration with the name Potoroo) who's an ex-biologist who went into IT and, thanks to a degenerative condition, had to take early retirement. I now spend most of my time stuck in bed, with typing on a keyboard just about the most arduous physical activity I can manage. My mind, though is unaffected so I'll try anything to alleviate the sheer bloody boredom. I realise the incredible level of mistrust on these boards but there's nothing I can do about that. Apart from thinking that automatically assuming that anyone expressing any opinion that doesn't exactly match your own must be a paid deramper and every suggestion they make must be ignored doesn't really seem to be the most sensible investment strategy. What happened to research? As a matter of fact I do skim through UKOG from time to time. But with something like 800 posts or more a day even I have to accept there's no point trying to follow it in detail when there's nothing interesting to benefit. The only reason I look at it at all is because I was born just a short distance away, near Rusper and Horsham but on the Surrey side of the border. I explained exactly why I posted here, and there really is nothing more to it for me than an exercise to keep the brain cells occupied. | polly potoroo |
