i believe

the AIM quoted provider of digital media and
technology, notifies shareholders that it has entered into a software
license agreement ("License Agreement") with Envoy Group Corp (soon to
be renamed Black Cactus Global, Inc) ("Black Cactus Global"), a OTC
Bulletin Board listed company.

envoy may try to rto in here would explain the large holding and the fact we get a cut of any deals worldwide.

explains todays halt in share price ..5mill at 0.6p has shown up!!!

nope the 2 together will own almost 60% of the co. and the deal means we get a cut of all their deals world wide...hence explains them getting 30% of the co...I'm expecting an rto soon enough.

In consideration for the Licence Agreement in respect of licenced
products, Milestone has agreed to pay Black Cactus Global a royalty of
10% of the first GBP500,000 of gross revenues and 5% on any gross
revenues in excess of this amount. In addition, Milestone has agreed to
issue Black Cactus Global 744,131,477 shares which equates to 29.5% of
its enlarged share capital ("Share Consideration"). The Share
Consideration is subject to shareholder approval.

personally believe the last kick off at 0.75p on the 2 rns releases shows what share price we should be going past now. the 2 holders have taken almost 60% of co. the chap steven king sold and bought at 0.5p...personally see this past 1p especially if you look at the technology we have a full attachment too...as word spreads i expect 2p and then 5p to 10p next year.
