k123 I've been buying in small chunks which is
annoying and expensive because of dealing costs. However
SIPPdeal which factors in dealing costs and calculates p/f gains
based on published bid share price , shows using a 1.95p bid share price a 40%+ paper
gain atm despite that expense and annoyance.

Of course such paper gain can evaporate in a nanosecond
OTOH the actual quoted bid share price at 2.08p is currently even more favourable.

I might go for a few more at up to 2.25p but your friends/family
should definitely dtor as relying on hoped for corporate action
is v. speculative.

The ability to sell MSG shares (atm) in large volume online at well
over the bid; the near impossibility of buying online and
the indications from JS's voicemail that the corporate action mentioned
in the results statement is the more likely outcome,
cause me to hold on pending the next RNS, which hopefully
will be about the corporate action; but dyor.

Good morning k123

I added some CRT earlier also
11,000 MSG just now - that latter tiny buy ticked the MSG
offer share price up - Milestone shares are very tightly held now.

Another tidler, and of course all together a risky play is Works Media (WKS). The reason I mention this is after months of the share price going down, from Wed to Friday the directors bought nearly 1.5m shares ranging from 2p - 2.6p.

The one point I did note that their full year results are anounced on the 31st December 2007. Could be worth a small punt to see if/what the directors who had bought, as to what & why he bought them so quickly.

No advice intended but might be, just might be a nice little earner. No advice intended of course except that it is risky.

Greetings k123

I didn't buy PARO in the end but the large (only on paper
so far) profit from MSG and your post above that:

"This has been a very good find for us.I think!
Do not think there is much risk here?
Let's see if we can find another MSG."

Caused me to DMOR on Friday pm. and I came up with CRT.
CRT is even more a shell than MSG but unlike MSG
has a 31st January 2008 deadline for corporate action
or be de-listed from AIM.

On Friday after days of tiny CRT share sales at 0.20p
there was a large 500,000 buy at 0.40p.

There was no news yesterday but the share price then went up by c. 15%.
Later on Friday two more trades went through, each
of a huge 20m CRT shares one at 0.58p and one at
0.59p.
IMHO these were a sale and purchase giving the buyer c.28%
of CRT or just below the threshold required for a full t/o.
A sale of 40m to one buyer would surely have triggered a t/o?

A good time to try to t/o a co in the run up to Christmas.
an RNS next week perhaps?

In any event I decided
to buy in for the ride at 0.50p as did a few others.
SP eventually ended the day 36%+ up.

I am curious though as to whether the 500k buyer at 0.40p
was privy to info or whether that
trade was pure coincidence
or indeed whether any corporate activity
is about to take place at all.

I shall await news with interest next week
as CRT may have to delist next month if still
a shell by then.

If the CRT share price is still 0.50p on Monday am k123, dyor, but might be
worth a v. speculatve short term buy. However I would not sell
any MSG to fund it - lol

I should be intersted in any akin to MSG co you find.

xrfltd - I have had to telephone for most of my recent buys.
Between 20,000 and 25,000 MSG shares can usually be bought at
the published offer share price that way although selling the lot online
at over the bid share price is no problem.

EDIT: DYOR; I'm not selling mine atm though - lol
