AIM listed Milestone Group PLC ("the Company") announces that it received
notification on 21 November 2007 that, as at 16 November 2007, Barclays
Stockbrokers Limited hold 2,082,544 ordinary shares of the Company representing
a notifiable interest in approximately 7.54 per cent of the Company's total
issued share capital.

28th Nov

AIM listed Milestone Group PLC ("the Company") announces that it received
notification on 28 November 2007 that, as at 27 November 2007, Barclays
Stockbrokers Limited hold 2,351,150 ordinary shares of the Company representing
a notifiable interest in approximately 8.52 per cent of the Company's total
issued share capital.

5th Dec

AIM listed Milestone Group PLC ("the Company") announces that it received
notification on 4 December 2007 that, following a transaction on
3 December 2007, Barclays Stockbrokers Limited hold 2,199,188 ordinary
shares of the Company representing a notifiable interest in approximately
7.97 per cent of the Company's total issued share capital.

I'm still confused Saffy

28/11 RNS:

"Barclays
Stockbrokers Limited hold 2,351,150 ordinary shares of the Company representing
a notifiable interest in approximately 8.52 per cent of the Company's total
issued share capital."

21/11 RNS:
"Barclays
Stockbrokers Limited hold 2,082,544 ordinary shares of the Company representing
a notifiable interest in approximately 7.54 per cent"

The % held by Barclays apparently
went up during the last week on November rather than down?

Other RNSs in between those dates are
(so far as I can see) not about Barclays?

On 21/11 RNS signified Barclays:
"as at 16 November 2007, Barclays

RNS today says:

"Barclays Stockbrokers Limited hold 2,199,188 ordinary
shares of the Company ..."

Have I missed something?

no barclays have sold a few of their shares.. its not barclays nominees that are the interesting party (akin more to Prism nominee and JM Finn).. they are probably holding on behalf of private investors..

Added a paltry 10,000 (the max I could buy online)
at 1.90p to average up again.

v. difficult to buy in any quantity.. 300K equates to over 1% of equity.. at these prices you will have to either pay a bigger premium..or perhaps at this stage, that quantity of stock is not available..

still waiting possible futrher news on MSG..

Dummy online trade of c. 95K to sell gives quote of 1.83p ie well over
the mid share price of 1.80p and published bid share price of 1.70
Can't buy any quantity on line.

Loads more to come here, MMs wanting to fill an order/orders but the stock is very scarce and even for small amounts pi's are having to pay over the ask

WITH THE STOCK THIS SHORT BEWARE OF MM TREESHAKES, MMS WANT YOUR STOCK AS CHEAP AS POSSIBLE, DONT CAVE IN. IF THEY TREESHAKE COMPOUND THEIR PROBLEMS AND PRESS THE BUY BUTTON.

some tree-shakes backfire

eg more buyers step in at the lower price, than those that flee the nest...


and msg once came back from an intra-day fall of -31% to finish, at close, up 15%

a red day all round anyroad ;-)

I think this old tactic will not work here.
There are not enough share holders to creat panic.imo.
Maybe they got it wrong we will see in few hours?
