Well, looks like we could well be finally passing the 1p level in the coming few days - it's been a long and patient wait!

I've moved some £'s into SKHG - a company capitalised at circa £2m, buit with positive outlook.

Fallen recently on small sells.

k123, I don't think we have that much free stock left you know. I thought we had c9m left about 2 weeks ago and then Barclays jumped in with their 2m. That would have left about 7m free. With that large "thingy" today, we either have 0 stock left or 14m!!!!

Just in,what is going on?
The 7.7m has just changed hand at 1p,good news.
we still have nearly 7m left.
RNS has to be in the next few days.
Try to buy this now,should be very interesting?

saffy, please ignore my ignorance here, but if Elliott Advisors off-loaded their entire shareholding, why did they get 1p per share? I agree with you insomuch as the amount "sold" today, exactly matches what they held. Just strange goings on here me thinks.

mmmmmmmmmm, can still buy 500k at the moment with Selftrade. Did a quick count up of shareholders holding over 3%, and I reckon this equates to almost 18m. With the balance of the shares held with some of us (unknown amount), we only have c4.9m left in circulation. What happens if there is no free stock available?

Prism now hold 6,800,000 shares which is a 9% increase since last announcement. This I believe leaves c5m of free stock left. I may have to make an announcement soon as I now own just over 2.2%.

The accounts are only c6 months old and they had over £600k left then. They are noway burning £1.2m cash a year so I reckon on at least £500k left in bank. The finals are due soon so I suppose we will soon find out.

There is less cash now,but still in a very good position.
Soon will be very difficult to buy any shares,Barclays only 250k?
