Notice of Dividend Currency Exchange Rate - FY21 Final Dividend

On 8 February 2022 Micro Focus announced a final dividend of 20.30 US cents per ordinary share for the year ended 31 October 2021, subject only to the shareholders approving the dividend at the Annual General Meeting on 30 March 2022.

The following table sets out the currency exchange rate applicable to the dividend:
