The Company announces that it has been notified by S ander Van 't Noordende, a non-executive director of the Company, that on 2 October 2020, he purchased 45,000 American Depositary Shares in the Company (" ADSs "). E ach ADS represents one Ordinary share of 10 pence each in the Company (" Ordinary Shares ") . The purchase represents his entire current shareholding in respect of ADSs and Ordinary Shares in the Company.
