Elliot are a big deal, they come with a big rep and will want a significant return on their investment. They will be advocating a break up of MCRO imo.

Directors are among the highest paid, perhaps they could look at that?
To be fair I think board done have performed the best they could to get this HPS on track, but only time will tell.
