17/11/2016 15:18 | If the non ex director spent £109,000 on shares at 2180p a couple of weeks ago, they know the company better than us, surely then at 2000p looks good value? | montyhedge
17/11/2016 13:25 | 15,000 to show at 1990p. | montyhedge
17/11/2016 13:15 | lot more sells than buys though | flatoutfred
17/11/2016 10:54 | RingerNever works like that, look at the special dividends in the pass. Shareprice alway goes up. If you have in a ISA tax free. This is a cash cow, throwing off a lot of cash to shareholder.About 134p per share coming plus 18.5c interim dividend.Shares will be 5000p five years time. | montyhedge
17/11/2016 09:20 | When is the special dividend and when is the ex div date to qualify, thanks. | flatoutfred
16/11/2016 21:50 | I wouldn't get excited by the special dividend aka return of value. You are simply getting your own money returned and your share total reduced so that your investment value remains virtually unchanged. The only advantage that I can think of is that when there is less shares in issue the EPS is increased. However on the last two special divi occasions I seem to remember the share price picked up afterwards. Of course you can always increase your shareholding to it's previous level with the returned money. | ringer12
16/11/2016 10:24 | At least at this price better than the 5000 non ex bought at 2180.5p.That's over £109,000 worth. | montyhedge
16/11/2016 10:21 | I thought they said $1.68. But $1.74 even better. Interim 18.5c my calculation. | montyhedge
16/11/2016 10:04 | Last year's interim dividend was 16.94c; up 10% on prior year. I don't imagine if completion is 3rd/4th Qtr 2017 that they would announce a date for the Bonus payment in December this year. (Bonus payment = $400m/229.28m = $1.744 ... unless you've included a load of unvested options in your $1.68?). Anyway, the Bonus payout is worth a 6.8% yield alone on the current share price of about £20. Not to be sniffed at!! £20 is good value imv. | sogoesit
16/11/2016 09:11 | Sogosit Could they announce with interims next month when paid? we know its 1.68 dollars, so around 134p thats nice. Divi also should be up 10% to 18.5c. | montyhedge
16/11/2016 09:09 | She paid 2188p the non ex director, over £100,000 she must really like Micro then. | montyhedge
16/11/2016 08:16 | Couple of weeks ago non ex director bought shares around 2175p. So at 2000p are they a bargain of course. | montyhedge
16/11/2016 08:13 | The US$400 million "return of value" to shareholders to be paid "pre-Completion" according to Acquisition document. | sogoesit
16/11/2016 06:34 | Tech back in favour US last night, I see 2150p before figures next month. | montyhedge
14/11/2016 22:13 | 18.5c is my forecast dividend. I don't know when they pay the special $1.68 | montyhedge
14/11/2016 19:55 | Just want to ask if you think that on the 14dec they also possibly suggest other dividend and if so what range could it be in thanks | mrthomas
14/11/2016 11:20 | Below £20 it's fill yer boots time. I see it as a gift from the stock market gods. Look at the dividends we got coming. | montyhedge
14/11/2016 11:09 | Accumulated sub £20 | sogoesit
14/11/2016 10:35 | Not bad the special dividend we all thought £1.24 looks likely to be 132p with the weak pound even after a bit of recovery in the pound. | montyhedge
14/11/2016 09:34 | After 10th December I really don't think your see below 2000p again. | montyhedge
14/11/2016 08:26 | Way I see it every analyst looking for flat to -2% revenue on 10th December. But if they surprise, I see back to 2150p. 10% dividend increase will be nice.$1.68 special dividend next yield. | montyhedge
11/11/2016 14:58 | Quite right Fred. | montyhedge
11/11/2016 14:35 | Things are settling down, lot of people (myself included) got liquid more than a week ago as I thought there was just a chance Trump would Trump and the market would freefall but it hasn't and if steady-ish on Monday I believe a lot will get back in Tues,Wed. Who knows WTF is going on anymore ! | flatoutfred
11/11/2016 09:44 | 14th Dec figures the $1.68 special works out around £1.30. It's on its way before the deal concluded.Apart from that I expect interim dividend to announced on the 14th Dec up 10% | montyhedge
11/11/2016 09:13 | I don't think we will see this under 2000p again after the figures in December. | montyhedge |
