Bears have this in their sights, by the look of things, deal not complete until 3rd Quarter 2017. So are we just going to drift and sharerices don't drift up.

There is a $291m liability for employee benefits in the pro-forma combined statement of assets and liabilities, and this note, in the notice of acquisition:

h) Pensions

HPE Software accounted for pension plans in which its employees participated as multi-employer plans. Accordingly, the plans expenses are attributed to HPE Software combined statement of earnings whereas the pension plans assets and obligations are not recorded on HPE Software's balance sheet. Under UK carve out rules, financial statements may recognise the pension plan assets and liabilities attributed to its employees for plans in which they participate.

Wizard Parent LLC sells 24.1m shares in Microfocus

Wizard Parent LLC has sold 24.1m shares in Micro Focus at 1505p each, raising gross proceeds of about GBP362m.

Following completion, Wizard will hold 6.0m shares in Micro Focus, or about 2.6% of its issued capital.

These will be distributed to certain members of Wizard and certain partners and investors of such members who wish to retain a residual stake in Micro Focus and benefit from their ongoing ownership.

The remaining Micro Focus ordinary shares held by the Wizard members and their partners and investors following the Placing will be subject to a new 90 day lock-up (subject to customary exceptions).

1985p target, if pound recovers, as company said flat to -2% revenue growth, not good. They needed to do a deal. His bet the ranch on this deal, let's see if his right.

Nice chart; handle added to the cup.
Strong USD likely go straight to bottom line (5% positive since HPE announcement), making my £22 look more like £23.10.

-2% revenue coming can't go up much more the divi. Yield not much.
