It's not the wrong call until I sell out for a loss. I'm still holding Bagr and I take it you two are not up to current events on that stock.

Somebody has bought 9% that is based 1 mile away from their company HQ in Israel and is now 12% but not disclosed it yet !

What are the chances of that person not being in the know, he could be anywhere in the world but he is 1 mile away in a tiny city in Israel !

I'm not in these shares Dave, but looking the business model and new contracts it received recently can't see it being suspended, but we all have our own views.

I must say that Dave and I don't get on but he does get many shares predictions correct, maybe the BAGR was a wrong call but I'm sure we all done that sometimes.

If anyone listens to Dave4545 you deserve to lose money. How is BAGR doing Dave? (also known as DPLewis to those who know)

Why would anybody risk it !

Share could get suspended now and if they survive you have to beat the market makers on a crazy spread. I'd only play wide spreads like this on a sound business.

The Group ended the period with GBP3.1 million in cash and cash equivalents (GBP3.5 million at 31 December 2018), noting that of this balance, GBP2.8 million related to the management of client payments (GBP2.9 million as at 31 December 2018). Excluding the client related cash movements, cash outflow was GBP0.3 million in the period, comprising:
-- GBP0.2 million outflow due to net operational expenditure
-- GBP0.1 million related to capital investment and lease payments.

We expect this outflow to be offset by a receipt of GBP0.3 million for our 2018 research and development tax credits which is expected to be received in October 2019, based upon our experience in previous periods. The Company remains free of any long-term debt.

The R&D tax credit not being received on time has led to the current problems. Hopefully this will still come through.

Market cap is too low, the business must be worth more than this if they were looking to sell.

compay has £3m cash but £2.7m for clients - what's that about... it was reported as cash in hand in the interims.

Talk on twitter of a bid by Mastercard. Might just be the usual ramping though...

+27% on two late trades! Something looming. Mm’s wouldn’t sell into close.

Let's hope so. This stock has no business being an independent company. It's barely achieving any growth, cannot turn a profit and provides no return to it's shareholders.

If their technology is any use, the prospects of a bid from overseas just went up ...

Well there we have it. Turnover up an incredible 2% on H1 last year (or 3% on H2 if you prefer). This is some growth stock...lol.

Interim results on 25 September. Not sure what to expect. Only forecast I can find (on WebFG) for full year seems to be breakeven although I'm whether it's a current forecast or not. I'm guessing well see another (hopefully small) loss in the interims. Only consolation I have is that James Leek has lost a lot more money on this so far than I have...
