Glenbo

You still do not get it, if he buys a share for 0.4p and sells for 0.5p and then later it goes to 2p he pretends he still holds and boasts of multibaggers, some of the stocks might bag but he is not doubling or trebling his money believe me.
We can all go on twitter and do the same but 95% are not out to mislead our followers
but he is, of course all the losers are never mentioned again, he is very clever at what he does.

I have one name this name, had previous names in the past but I've nothing to hide.

It's not good for proper shareholders as we seem to get ever low after low when the punters realise and sell

Either not much free float and it's just hit that point where it couldn't fail to move as a small group did a last half hour raid to spike it. Or news leaked. Either way, rns in the morning for sure... o/t for another with limited free float. Worth taking a look at OMIPCurrently having their tcat music copyright and usage analysing tool trialled by a major record label. Ground breaking. It's going to be very useful to the whole music industry. Watch this space. Tcat is going to be worth a lot. OMIP is Revenue generating, debt free, profitable, cash in bank, dividend payer. also, upcoming men n motors shows, YouTube hits gathering pace, exclusive agreement with getting images, ever expanding music catalog.Only 71m shares in issue, and all the directors own a massive chunk, ceo and founder, M.Infante previously held 50%. Hardly any free float available. Market cap £2milli 5 bagged on it previously too. Take a look. A sniff will move it. .

Yes very interesting and 40% up on the day on the back of buy volume. Maybe a contract renewal or the likes we will see because if it's a pump the shares will do a similar thing to the recent spike and fall back down again. Fingers crossed 🤞

Yes the old ACZ business (which was sold for £4m on 2.5 x ebitda) seems to have gone from strength to strength. Currently making about £2.4m ebitda. One can only imagine where we'd be if we still owned that business. Certainly better than the £4.7m market cap (pre Mi Pay placing) that we currently are, especially as in 2015 ACZ paid it's shareholders a £2.25m dividend...(that's about 7p a share in old money).

Not Leek's finest hour...

Like SteMiS I ended up in this share after making a sensible value investment in ACZ and unfortunately seeing James Leek take us along this poorly judged misadventure. Very annoyingly I have rather more share than SteMis :o(

Since the Reverse Takeover I have been following things pretty closely and have obviously been dismayed to see the share price drop.

My impressions are as follows:

- The chairman has done a great job of streamlining the company and making it more efficient. He has a very impressive CV and we would be totally lost without him. I think under the bonnet the company is now pretty tightly run and has some good people except ....

- The CEO is a waste of space and hopefully won't be around forever as he seems to like to disappear off to other projects rather than achieve anything.

- If we can win new business then the operational efficiencies will magnify profits very sharply. But we need to win new contracts !!

- The Reverse Takeover was more or less sold on the Philippines contract which has so far come to nought. It just seems that right now Asia is content to keep buying paper top-up vouchers and meanwhile the number of competitors within our business just keeps increasing for when the transition to electronic payment starts to happen. Our value-added fraud business seems low down the mobile operators list of priorities over there with vouchers removing that risk and simply writing a set of T&Cs absolving themselves of any responsibility for online fraud being the other zero-cost alternative.

- In Europe I expect the market to continue to grow as I can see people actually reverting back to PAYG. But the number of operators in this growing market is static at best. The virtual operator market seems to be shrinking as we saw with the short-lived Post Office Mobile and Mobile By Sainsburys ventures. So the opportunities are fewer but increasing in size which I think was said in the Results. More risk but more return IF we can win the business ....

- Our main competitor is a private company called trustvesta.com. Whether there is any interest in a tie-up between the two is open to discussion. Our Chairman has a history of deal-making so will have a few different plans I'm sure.

- The China mi-pay links are either a genuine mistake or a blatant ramp. More likely the latter I suspect.

Basically I wish I was still invested in ACZ, but we are where we are. If we can win new contracts and retain the ones we have then the share price is clearly too cheap with such strong margins. But if we lose contracts then ....

Nothing is wrong it's all ifs and buts if we can hold contracts or gain traction in the Far East, it's going to be a slow burner imv.
