25/10/2019 08:32 | Leon, the answer is that they cannot. Would say their only hope now appears to be poor FCA investigation results and to panic investors to selling. Still possibility of no deal Brexit but if EU allow 3month extension that also goes away. | smartie6
25/10/2019 08:28 | Pikey analysis of me as good as his one and only trade. TERN wipe out hahaha | sentimentrules

25/10/2019 08:26 | Also the sentiment appears to have changed. The last reported short increase was nearly 2weeks ago. Prior to that it was nearly everyday. | smartie6
25/10/2019 08:22 | I just do not get it. If anything there is momentum now. It must be a gamble to now short when there is an increased chance of Director buys, and further short reductions. | smartie6

25/10/2019 07:58 | From what you guys have said this morning everything points to a move upward. Slowly does it today, let us climb a penny a time to 230p, let the stomach churn for those shorters. Anyone seen anything of Rum and Amm, they have been very quiet since the slow burn began. Lol. | smartie6
25/10/2019 07:56 | No incumbent would touch taking it over, but someone without a banking license might take an interest. Not AMazon though for the reasons I gave on the non Chinese investor thread. | ![]() ekuuleus
25/10/2019 07:56 | Setting up the lambs. 85% buy in the last 10% of a bounce What a slaughter coming gerbils | sentimentrules
25/10/2019 07:55 | You've in cloud cuckoo land if you think Lloyds would even cast an eye over this. 1. Lloyds market share means that the competition commission would stomp on this and Lloyds know this. 2. Lloyds has enough problems with IT and 'Single View' They have a 400TB database based on Teradata integrating data from the different brands and systems. They would have to feed in the Metro bank data. 3. Metro data has based their technology on Microsoft BI stack on Azure. Hugely expensive way of doing IT although it gives Metro a lock of flexibility to respond to demand, it also means it's suffered downtime when Azure hiccups. | ![]() ekuuleus
