Further to Metro Bank's announcement on 2 February 2021 regarding the acquisition of a portfolio of unsecured personal loans (the "Portfolio") from peer-to-peer investors who invested through the Retail Money Market Ltd ("RateSetter") platform, Metro Bank confirms that the transaction completed on 2 April 2021 as expected. The Portfolio had an aggregate book value of GBP337m at completion.

Get ready for massive massive bull run starting this week. Strange that US stocks went into bear territory but indices at all time highs. But few heavy index weight stocks propelling the indices, imagine when the rest will catch up as they always follow the big leaders. Whilst everyone is convinced yields will continue to rise, crowded trade.

I was ridiculed last year in Apr when I said US stocks is where the liquidity is and they will make new highs. That opportunity has come again. Difference is this time, the reopening stocks will take the lead. Carnival for example offering over 11% junk bonds whilst interest rates going down.

If you missed the last year's run, this is the second chance.

VIX expiry mid Apr, so there maybe another dip.
