Wouldn't be surprised if they park Dow just above 24k tonight...Trump just has to say few more blah blah blah blah blah...managed to get few more safety gear and masks for the key workers and the Dow will jump...

oil is their only major income of source but real question is do world need even reduced oil which they agree ?
