When the fundamentals didn't agree with the market, I was comfortable with no stop limit in such volatility. I was £20k down yesterday, £20k up today. JEEZ!

I'm also shorting S&P. If it closes around 2410, it is all down hill from there. Circuits will break. That's my indicator.

I want to preserve capital as much as possible now....so no need to take stupid risks.. I was confident at 22,000...but not so much any more below 21,000...could easily swing back to 22,000 again in a day and stop me out
