Smartie, 80p would represent a great buy in price IMO. Heavily exposed to UK economy as one of the biggest domestic lenders. So going to face mass defaults and impact from low interest rates. Gov also postponed selling it’s holding for now. I’d buy at 80p.

Kathy, any opinion on RBS, I have been watching closely and get the feeling that they’re preparing to drop this heavily in the next few days, probably on the back of advice that they’re going to cut the dividend. I’ve been of the opinion that they will have no option with the govt so heavily involved. Possibility of 80p?
