It’d amazing, you still think about small picture and stat of like metro and beg stats from SR.

You kept on saying metro will go bust so not sure what you want to hear from others.

..............Why were funds raised of 1.025 million, but only for the "potential" of a listing?

Where is the money now? Who accounts for it? Surely not as an asset? Or if so, countered by the liability of ringfencing its purpose?


SO probiotix health accounts for and ringfences it?

What if probiotix is not listed? Does this mean suddenly, 1 million of cash is now available to opti? Or still to probiotix health?

this really concerns me. If opti creates value in these separate divisions and then they are made separate legal entities for "potential" separate listing, how is the value that was created , passed on to those who funded opti ie shareholders? Have i missed an rns where they assured IPO free distribution?

Even more concerning, is that if they are seperated but not listed ie remain limited companies - and lets say, hold much of any value..........

Can they not be sold at a nominal fee by opti? To who i dont know. But possible?
