21/3/2020 10:42 | SR point taken, One question: what do you think how much time will USA bank need to recover pre virus mess ? Remember they were doing relentless buy back for 10 years. And then compared with UK bank. PPI messes up their balance sheet otherwise like of LLOY we’re doing aggressive buy back. Deflation will occur but inflation will return too thinking like 3-5 years and then interest rate rise. If central bank has not learned from this mess and like of 2008 then I don’t know 🤷a | ![]() marie1980_m
21/3/2020 10:41 | I dont do death crosses or price above/below 200 etc way too late most value buys come under a cross or 200./ Most sells /shorts, a big percentage above them so bullish above golden cross or 200, or bearish below death cross or 200....is like missing the train | sentimentrules
21/3/2020 10:37 | Seriously, forget these stocks! If Microsoft breaches 118 then Metro bank is finished any way! don't even look at metro bank, look at Microsoft FFS! | turvart
21/3/2020 10:36 | In fairness a lot of funds seemed to exit 180 range. | sentimentrules
21/3/2020 10:35 | well 137 aint gonna hold without direct fed intervention lol so 118 on the way | sentimentrules
21/3/2020 10:34 | I find it rather pointless TBH banging on about metro bank when Microsoft is the stock to be looking at! | turvart
21/3/2020 10:32 | I think you mentioned 145 or 137 back then Turvart massive test and i dont see it holding Be a fund run on it | sentimentrules
21/3/2020 10:32 | Don't bang on about Metro bank! IF Microsoft breaches 118 the whole World will collapse! | turvart
21/3/2020 10:28 | My thoughts go out to anyone stuck indoors with him. | bionicdog
21/3/2020 10:26 | Must say he is a good personality for daily briefings. | sentimentrules
21/3/2020 10:24 | But you did declare. you bought pre data. i dunno the exact price but thats >200 As for businesses not going bust you are kidding right? they will come thick and fast in daily announcements, globally if your model wasnt working pre virus, you are not going to survive post virus. Dont care which sector. Even financials needs weeding out So some may last a bit longer. That is about stopping runs on banks. It doesnt create profit - you still make losses if you already were. Boris legacy - bailing out one bank destroys anything else he does. Wont happen | sentimentrules
21/3/2020 10:21 | I’m not declaring my position and even if I declare, frankly speaking you should take it by pinch of salt. No sensible investor boast or declare their positions to open public forum like here. No. Sorry. | ![]() marie1980_m
21/3/2020 10:20 | SR, admitted. But look at your children post: Like of Kathy and Smartie and then read back your post again. You are putting sensible post today so I don’t want to make this a circus but I hope you know what I mean: metro or no other bank or business will go bust. In fact, all banks can now tap discount window: Even like of jp Morgan and citi group start tapping discount window. Our uk banks will be no different too: Everyone will thrive. I’m getting more and more confident here but still will wait before I go long. Only question mark is longevity of Mr. Corona Virus! | ![]() marie1980_m
21/3/2020 10:19 | Its amazing how people call buy say, 230p, thinking its value on the day. And then still claim its correct in the 80's Its very simple. Anyone who bought x price and now requires circa 250% rise to get back to break-even, are in a somewhat poor position to say others were scaremongering you hardly bought 200+p, foreseeing the 80's, did you? so analysis wrong. move on | sentimentrules
21/3/2020 10:15 | Marie, i dont get why you call it scaremongering What do you call people saying, buy 230p pre data? | sentimentrules
21/3/2020 10:13 | In all this corona virus mess One thing is sure no business will go bust and that includes Metro too Yes debt will rise but looks like uk govt and all over the world, govt made sure no business goes insolvent.. Good news for long term holders And now IF JUST FCA result and then Sky is the limit But wait Kathy and Sr is here for scaremongering Hahaha Kathy declares clown 🤡 | ![]() marie1980_m
21/3/2020 10:07 | SR is basically the only person I will speak to properly, the others can talk to the hand! LOL! | turvart
21/3/2020 10:05 | "Whilst i cant go out and buy 500 houses lol, can use etfs to take advantage of it globally anyway" Brilliant advice, thank you. Didn't even think about ETFs. | ![]() pione3r
21/3/2020 10:03 | SR, I really wished I kept my mouth shut 7 weeks ago about Microsoft, this is getting serious when on Thursday my pension fund went into a death cross! I hate death cross because 90% of the time it comes true, It happened with US bonds 6 months ago LOL! | turvart
21/3/2020 09:53 | not due to fear of bull market - but protection from unprecedented moves in markets for liquidity - they aint using mine | sentimentrules
21/3/2020 09:52 | LOOOL i remember and i agree on it being dodgy markets for both sides - even already. Im out of all shorts bar 1 now. | sentimentrules
21/3/2020 09:48 | SR, Remember the conversation we had about 7 week ago when Microsoft was around 177 and I said Microsoft was a short from there? well I wished I kept my mouth shut LOL! | turvart |
