Another delisting topinfo, how many is that now ?

The Company does not intend to make further property investments and further is seeking to contain the ongoing costs of the Company and is likely to consider a delisting of the shares from AIM.

As you will realise ,this is a very complex case .
Russia is now pretty well sorted .
Next on the list is Estonia (watch out Mart).Barnaby is on your tail.
One should have patience , I am holding for at least 15p as average price post next news .
After that ,an Estonia win over Mart and cohorts will put us up above 30p .As for in the Russian courts ,our team behaved impeccably .Let`s hope a repeat is possible.

Well worth adding at 9p ,one feels.

Completion of Disposal of St. Petersburg asset

For immediate release
17 April 2013

Further to the announcement on 10 April 2013 of the Disposal of the Company'sSt. Petersburg asset, the Board of Metro Baltic Horizons PLC ("MBH" or the "Company") announces that the sale has now completed and the entire initial purchase consideration received.

The Company is reviewing its Investing Policy in light of the Disposal and will make further announcements as appropriate.

So now valued less than cash as 5.5m euros received!

Again anyone got contact details or been in contact with the company re court settlement?

Great to see Weavering Capital`s BOD put in their place.
Would be a jolly good show if Barnaby and the team could do the same here.

Paying up quickly may save their bacon and keeping it out of court.
