Looks like the top 20 shareholder list has been amended on the web-site.Two names I don't recognise from last time,Thomas family and Grosmont Commercial....just going from memory as I never saved a previous list but 1,200,000 and 1,448,248
so that's some of the 6million disposed of by Lanstead.
Perhaps if someone has an old copy they can compare more accurately.
I'm guessing MNC must update the list quarterly,so perhaps we'll see more clearly next time around.

The 6 million is curious,I initially thought it may have something to do with the 12,345,639 convertible notes that expire on 17/5/18.Holders of convertibles typically short a stock as a hedge.Convertibles priced at 0.06075 AUD.
It may be that if financing is being arranged whoever else comes on board might not like too much equity with one particular shareholder especially if they are also taking part in the financing to mine as well.Not too sure how deep Lansteads pockets are but looking at their web-site it seems that most recent transactions
are quite small 2-4 million,Kefi Minerals,ImmuPharma,& Smart Trans (similar amounts that they invested in MNC).I'm therefore surmising that they are more a short term loan to equity provider who'll play the market at the same time.Although
Immupharma seems to have done very well for them....

All speculation really whilst we await EIA and whatever financing deal is put together.

Apparently the guy from Lanstead is away on holiday, WH said he would let me know in the next few days.

Nothing yet, likely they are not responding to him. So much for stewardship. Or.. something much bigger is going down.I want to know who bought the 6m, more than anything else. It can't be a market maker or it would be on the market. If one buyer it needs to be declared in a reasonable time, unless it forms part of a larger piece of information. However I didn't get that impression from Williams response. Whole thing is a bit suspicious.

I have also emailed WH today, asking whether the milestones detailed in slide 11 are all still on schedule. I also asked how the directors intend to raise the market cap, as they noted during the Proactive interview in Nov. Will let you know if I get a reply.

I'm not suggesting you were recommending Kefi Christy41 BTW, just warning folks as to the Kefi situation. A lot of very very disillusioned and pained holders in Kefi.

Guys, William is going to get back to me on a query I sent regarding the lanstead sale.1. Rationale?2. Why no buyer notification if a private sale and someone bought almost 5% off market?Looks like lanstead dumped another half a mill today.Will revert.
