My points from the presentation:1) we have a feasibility study but not a BFS (Bankable Feasibility Study), I am assuming they will raise the finance on the FS2) there is no time slot in the schedule to raise the capital, which means that they are either very aggressive and already have plans, or do not understand what it takes to get the finance in place (always a problem with small miners)Time will tell, added my first small holding as there is clear potential if the management team is up to the job

• Funded until Decision to Mine with A$2.4 million cash (subject to EIA approval and financing).
• Quinchia Gold Portfolio located on Western Cordillera Andean Cauca trend, host to significant gold
porphyries like AngloGold’s La Colosa project.
• Significant exploration prospects in Quinchia include Tesorito, Dosquebrados (Inferred resource of
920koz) and Chuscal, targeting >10Moz gold based on systematic surface sampling to-date.
• With an EV of $7.1 million the market is ascribing almost no value to the company’s 1.76Moz in
Resources and 0.46Moz in Reserves.

From memory Red Eagle did US20 million dollars equity
And 60 million debt finance in 2015 prior to project construction.

Also worth noting from tenement purchase in 2011 to feasability 3 fund raises
at US49 million dollars total prior to construction raise.

Raising the money for the mine will be interesting at approx two thirds debt to equity it will still be a massive dilution here. Sooner the better in my view so we can then see the true value of the companyIs the price being walked down for another dilution!!Watching and waiting GLA

It's in the cash flow, administration and exploration. Feasibility ain't cheap.Anyway delivered now. Viable project, with iis already on board. Plus the likes of tesorito still to drill. Our time is coming..
