Another RNS Michael McNeilly, Chief Executive Officer of Metal Tiger, commented: "Today's results from Southern Gold's Aphae project are very encouraging and suggest a larger potential to the North of the project, surpassing expectations. We look forward to the results of further testing and the beginning of the fourth hole now planned there."

METAL TIGER PLC: Kalahari Metals Limited: Project Update 16/06/2020 3:58pm UK Regulatory (RNS & others) Metal Tiger (LSE:MTR) Intraday Stock Chart Tuesday 16 June 2020 Click Here for more Metal Tiger Charts.TIDMMTR 16 June 2020 Metal Tiger plc ("Metal Tiger" or the "Company") Kalahari Metals Limited: Project Update Metal Tiger plc (AIM: MTR), the London Stock Exchange AIM listed investor in natural resource opportunities, is pleased to provide an update in respect of the Botswana copper focused explorer, Kalahari Metals Limited ("KML"), in which Metal Tiger has a 62.2% equity interest. KML is preparing to recommence drilling at the Kitlanya East ("KIT-E") Project by the end of June, as Botswana is now starting to gradually relax COVID-19 national lockdown restrictions. The KIT-E drilling programme, which is testing geological contacts and structures prospective for hosting copper-silver mineralisation (announced on 9 March 2020), had to be temporarily suspended on 2 April 2020 in compliance with COVID-19 related emergency legislation. During the lockdown period, KML has taken the opportunity to re-model and interpret available data over the KIT-E property alongside the preliminary drilling results. Key findings from this assessment have refined follow-on drilling targets and shown there are many similarities with the geological setting of the neighbouring Sandfire Resources T3 and A4 deposits. Michael McNeilly, Chief Executive Officer of Metal Tiger, commented: "We are pleased to report that KML is planning to recommence the diamond drilling programme at their Kitlanya East Project on the Kalahari Copper Belt, by the end of the month, as the Botswana government gradually relaxes COVID-19 related lockdown restrictions. Whilst site work had to go on hold, KML has taken the opportunity to incorporate the preliminary drilling datasets into the geophysical, remote sensing and geochemical models, updating and fine tuning the target interpretation that shows strong geological similarities with the neighbouring Sandfire Resources deposits."

"Quite a turnaround for the day"......MM's simply drop the share price after a recent run up...take out the stops of PI's who have locked in profit....then up the share price and sell back to the PI's...pocketing the difference...or covering their short position.....simples. The company doesn't have to be good or bad...news or no news.....they make the market ...even on a no news day...they trade.....lol

Interesting to see that MTR is well ahead on the IC Bargain Shares 2020 leaderboard. @chrisjparrish tweeted a press release showing MTR at 111.9% change, followed by XAR a distanty second on +42.4%. Must admit the board have worked their cotton socks off to achieve this turnaround. Once SFR's A4 maiden resource drilling programme is complete and a estimated resource size on the table, calculators will be out in force to work out the potential royalty returns to MTR. Smart move that NSR.

SAU also has about half the market cap it should have, if it’s compared like for like with AIM listed partner BMV. Good news at some point soon should put a rocket 🚀 up SAU, which should benefit MTR

Indeed charaxes1 It would be nice to measure MTR on a mixture of NAV and future value. There is so much potential future value, all with different risks. The NSR on 2% on the non T3 SFR land however is low risk, as they Are consistently finding Cu at a higher grade than T3. There is a clear resource developing ( question is the size) and £40m will be the base imo. I would hope that investors would look beyond the current NAV. SAU has gold, CBE has VMS, NSR has value but those values if you are forward looking make a mcap way above current levels.

Hi Grant value attributable for NAV calculation on unquoted investments is usually done on the basis of cost i.e. how much MTR has invested in the project. As simple as that!

Nor has the KML royalty but that is more an unknown. Private CO’s I assume don’t contribute to NAV but haven’t looked in detail at accounts

Good luck SKYSHIP. The inferred resource on A4 etc... will allow the calculation of a monetary value to the 2% NSR that MTR hold. This value has not been included in the balance sheet as of today. Initial values could put this at upwards of £40m plus. So maybe the market is pricing this on a forward basis?
