Can anyone tell me why the chart has flatlined? Seems unusual... And why no more announcements since 25th April? Cheers.

MNE's solar underweighting is perverse and is the reason why LNEW & INRG are currently outperfoming it.

I'm convinced GS-thank you for pointing this one out. I put a few n my isa yesterday--after the rise unfortunately. I will add as and when I have any funds!

I disagree on both counts.

Windpower is the renewable favourite at the moment. It is correct the fund should be catching this.

CLE is one of the ten biggest holdings. That's all. There are nine other large holdings and plenty of smaller ones.

GS-I'm tempted by this one but 40% of the portfolio in wind power puts me off as I think long term solar will be the winner in investing. Do you agree the share price rise is mainly due to cle performing well-take away this one and the portfolio doesn't look so good.

New all time high. Short covering could take this rapidly to £25

Black Rock and Merrill Lynch Investment Managers merged in September 2006. It's just branding as far as I can tell and has no obvious material impact IMHO. Might actually be better for us in that the managers may have more insentive to get the fund flying.

The trouble with Invesment Management firms is that their motive is to get more funds under management not necessarily through good management or increasing shareholder value.
