As the share price is moving into higher territory ..........

Bank holds UK interest rate at 5%

The Bank of England has kept interest rates on hold at 5% as it struggles
to deal with a slowing economy and spiralling inflation.

Many reports have shown the economy heading for a significant slowdown or even a recession.

But the Monetary Policy Committee's primary goal is to keep inflation at 2% and it currently stands at 3.8%.

Although the bulk of members voted to hold rates last month, one supported a cut, while another backed an increase.

Some analysts had forecast rates would rise this month
to tackle inflation.

Took less than two hours between director buys and the announcement.

Hopefully, we could see a sustained upward movement from now on!

Im back in!

I found it a bit strange that the directors weren't buying at these low prices but they bought when the price was well over £1.00, but for the short term im in but i will keep a close eye on these.

Stirling's purchase = £28000.00 (200k)
Morris's purchase = £35000.00 (250k)
Shulman's purchase = £35000.00 (250k)

And a nice 200k buy @ 14.7p = £29400.00

seems a little bit of confidence maybe creeping back into MPH

Two new non-executive directors
The much talked about having a balance on the board, so Mr Morris can not twist other directors arms on having his way

In addition, Atlas board member Peter Wahlberg and Atlas CEO Allan Ladow have today been appointed to the Board of Marchpole as non-executive directors
