At this rate the share could be higher than started.

Looking at trades certainly there is more buys than sells so far, is only down by the mark down on small sales from 9:20 to 9:55am, all buys since and it looks like 5 buys v 1 sell ( 175K v 39K ) the trading today, and share price still down

Anyone live near Cheltenham?

Bargain hotel for this Sunday, I found it by accident this morning whilst looking for other hotels. £35 for Master Suite for two including Dinner, Bed and Breakfast!!!

Von Essen Greenway (lovely hotel, I've stayed there myself). No idea if they will honour it (probably not...) but nothing to lose. ThHey can only refund your £35 if they don't honour.

ARE directors BUYING today?

a 50K paying premium 10.50p when the offer is 10p, ofcourse the trade is well over the NMS, Market Makers are having 5K on the Level 2

3 minutes before that deal 13:23 pm, 2 MMs move up their price, no trades showing, wonder if they were ask for prices on 50K?

UK small caps up at midday;

Anyone's guess what the snake in the grass Morris has up his sleeve, have to agree with Momentos to take any kind of bonus after the company performance is diabolical, if any thing he and the other Directors should have taken a pay cut. Will keep an eye open but no intention to reinvest at present, good luck all holders...............................wbj

My reporting was the truth, this does not mean I agree with the going on with the bonuses.

re - He may have arranged to be contractually entitled to it, but in the circumstances he should have waived it IMHO.

And yet again maybe they were paid early on the financial YEAR were the financial problems were not yet identified or seeing coming.

Be nice to think Morris would invest some of that bonus on buying shares in the market....oops there goes another flying pig!

company still trading and morris still has 20% shareholding so he's only shafting himself.

anyway we said we would discuss if it was worth a punt..views anyone.

Hey, that makes it all OK then!

Mr Morris's fellow directors (mates?) set and agree bonuses for Mr Morris, to the detriment of ordinary shareholders. 750k for Mr Morris. Market Cap of 2.5m and sinking for shareholders.

He may have arranged to be contractually entitled to it, but in the circumstances he should have waived it IMHO.

even so,marchpole seems looney cheap at £2.2 mill....'tis incredible though.even though its outrageous...look what the market makers did to his shareholding

looks like he'd sticking 2 fingers up.morris also negotiated an enormous number of contracts in that year,turning mph from a one trick pony to a global brand

worth a punt I reckon at some point....note the insiders who knew the results beforehamd...traded yesterday

And a balance sheet propped up by 10m of intangibles. Nothing written down for the problems at Moda & Greenmark (major contract 40% lost).

Sorry, it looks very sickly. But hey, Mr Morris is OK!

results out...no final dividend(sensible)...no capital raising(unless I have misread)

1.5 mill not received yet...will get next period

not worth selling...worth holding imo

priced for bankruptsy but still clearly trading

I would have thought that MPH will put out an announcement for the date of the Prelims even if it is only a few days before.

Last year they gave six days notice of the Interims.

TDW now lists Next prelim announcement date as 4th August with status 'C' (I don't know what status 'C' is).

re - 10125 trade

It was not showing at the Level 2 yesterday, and does show all the trades at both LSE and market plus.

I can see it today at market plus, but yet again it was a BUY, because it open since 7.53am at 12p offer by KBC, the other MMs did not move prices.
