steve3sandal - HL are pretty good on dividends, one of the reasons I stick with them having had problems with almost every other broker around haha.

HL credited me with the Ord and the PID dividends both on the 29 Mar. Held in an ISA for many years. Don’t know how they achieved this as I have had to wait for PIDs elsewhere.

Got my reduced dividend, but see no sign of the Property Income Distribution. Has anyone else?

Yes interesting that placing, PHP NAV was 100.7p:-

EPRA net asset value ('NAV') per share2, 3 increased by 10.5% to 100.7p (2016: 91.1p)

So getting a placing away at 108 would be a result.

I may have backed the wrong horse here.

Peer to MXF, PHP, are lookng to raise £100m (or up to £125m if sufficient demand) via a Placing/Open Offer/Offer for Subscription at 108p.

£100m represents an increase of 15% in the number of shares in issue.

Proposed £100m raise to fund acquisitions -

Have to admit that i do find this thread frustrating what with no charts in the header. Not sure if it would generate any more discussion but would people be interested if I set up a new thread with charts etc?

Weak across the sector judging by other shares I hold and on my watch list

Very quiet on this thread. Where has every one gone? I note continued share weakness but cannot understand why. With a rent roll this secured, an uncovered divi should cause no concern.

badtime - "which meant that the PID part won’t be received until two months after the normal date"

Never had a problem with MXF from my broker (Hargreaves) might have been specific to one company. Hope you get it sorted.
