MDC still exist and some kind of deal is trying to be done. Wether we get anything from it is another question. Dreaming if you think there is profit at the end, the best I think we might get is not losing quiet every penny.
The fact talking us still happening is a plus, not much but better than nowt.

Wasn't there a Poker operation that was closed. It probably wasn't making a profit, but the database of players must have value?
Or perhaps that was siphoned off in some way?

Could you define "interested parties" please nevik2? Who are they and who told you this? I am interested but would that count?

TrueFacts

I'd be interested to know where you're getting your information regarding the dissolution. The last official document I received via my broker was that a meeting was planned for 25th April 2014 to propose a Company Voluntary Arrangement. The document was dated 11th April 2014.

I am not aware of any further developments in the last week.

The last I know of Intabet was there were a couple of interested parties, if a deal could be done it would live on, if not then nothing.

RE The 28th, who has proposed this? I have heard nothing about it, and would it not be needed to be voted on to be passed? There was money left in the Company, not very much but some, and a few other bits and bobs Assets. And although I always scoffed at Intabet surely it is worth something!

hxxp://www.intabet.com/: Says it's not long until kick off (Qatar world cup?)
One tweet since 25/02/13 and it's a pretty odd one!

So what happened to Intabet? (a genuine question?)

What happened to the other assets and cash?

Meanwhile gambling.com is alive and kicking and hosted in Costa Rica. It's still registered to GDC Trading Limited which is officially dissolved. Some people are basking in the sun paid for with our money. The accounts at Companies House should include something about the purchase and disposal of gambling.com if anyone still has any energy to follow this up.

Can someone IT literate copy this BB & paste it up somewhere on the www so that the history of MDC & the history of the Drummond's involvement stays on the internet forever?

There is a note to move for dissolving MDC on the 28th April I think and thus the light will be switched off. What a huge waste and a huge loss to so many investors who never got the facts and those who have really suffered. I hope this thread stays live so that many will learn in future. There's really not sufficient words to describe those involved. Thanks everyone who tried to make a difference over the past 8 years.

Sound familiar?

Jason Drummond, Executive Chairman, commented; "Through the Agreement the Board has secured GBP85,000 nine months earlier than may have been the case under the original disposal terms. At a time when the Company is looking to grow both organically and through selective complementary acquisitions this advance payment will help the Company to expedite its strategy".

Must be a full time job for the Drummond's running around the internet deleting posts & putting out fires dealing with reputations, integrity & history.

Just look at the number of edits on Drummond's wiki page.
