buywell ... Yes there is . A bit of contract news now would be nice just to help spur things on through the 9p level ... I think MLS Shares are a bit thin on the ground at moment which will help also ?

I think there are Buyers at the moment for any stock that becomes available at this Current share price Level 100k Buy @ 8.15 ... 10.31hrs ? Just about that many had been sold !

Need some more good news to breakthrough the current barrier.

If they can finally sort out the basic profitability of the core business then the money in the bank could be a springboard to better things IMHO.

Well this share has been hammered over the
last couple of years with good reason.

So ergo, as company is now in an upward motion
you would think 15p at least, a more reasonable target,
for takeover or MLS company year end target.

I do not think Turnbul + other co directors would buy in
or convince Texas holding to buy in more shares
without good reason and they will not be expecting
12p or 15p as their target, more like 20p +.

Only the cash! £14 million + interest.
+ selloff of the intellectual value
+ existing contracts,
+tissue business and goodwill!!.

BUT....
business is on the turn according to interim statement
and profit + loss.

Not sure about a buy out paulo as I'm not sure what they've actually got that anyone else would really want, not trying to be negative.

Sure they're gradually building the business but I can't see what an acquirer would covet that much!!

I think there is certainly at long last a steady upturn in the MLS Business under this current management ! Although if I had to bet on it I would opt for a possible Buyout at around 12/15p in the not too distant future . Let's wait and see .

The MM's must believe there is either an upturn of fortunes for MLS
or that there is a possiblity of a buyout/takeover bid,
otherwise they would not have increased share value.

There are still a few of us aroundpauloand you're right at least the company hasn't collapsed and the present management do seem to be getting things more into shape.

It would be a shame if they were taken out now just as things look to be picking up but that's life I suppose and you can only value things on todays price.

I've obviously averaged down since the 30-40p days but would still suffer a loss although being positive not as much as I could have if they had folded.

Hopefully Suicide you're PC will also be malfuntioning tomorrow when it shows 10p!!! Don't get it fixed.

Warranty/Suicide

I have been involved since the Turnpyke days also . And am sitting on a considerable loss , luckily have been in and out of the stock also and made a bit of cash at times . I had massive hopes years back with MLS but the company in my opinion has just been Managed/Guided Very Badly and General PR was nearly always Non Existant ! Also think the NHS didn't help matters the way they drag their feet etc .

But at least unlike lots of other companies in this sector that eventually went into the 1p Club or Bust , MLS are still here , should prove to be an interesting period between now and next Results whether MLS do get taken out or not ? My guess is they will at around 12/15p ... Wish we had this Management a few years back .

At the end of the day lets wait and see , would think any potential bid move I would think will come sooner rather than later now at long last MLS is taking shape ... Keep the faith boys and girls ... Lol

Did someone one not try and buy MLS around this price when thing were a lot worse! I would say any offer would need to be 10p plus now

Nice to know I'm not alone. Incidentally my computer bust 'cos its showing 8+p at the mo. No doubt when I get it fixed it will be back to 6-7p and it will have been a dream.
