I would expect the buying before the results is about to begin. A 100k mm buy is a bullish sign.

This is on my watchlist but Im not sure how high central costs are so Ill wait for the results.

Has anyone looked at ATD? It has m/cap of only £4.4M but Risk/reward looks excellent with current market cap covered by cash. Big turnaround in recent results and human tissue research is predicted to grow strongly. Ramp Over!

Wonder why so late?, is three months an average time to produce?, or is it that they are arguing over how much in dividends they are going to give to the shareholders?.

Man increased their margin requirements on CFDs for small caps - lots of people were forced to sell off

Man Financial were buying via CFD on behalf of someone who does not want their identity disclosed. They also may have transferred ownership of the shares into their name directly to make it look like a sell. All seems very positive ahead of the results.

I telephoned the company half an hour ago and the MD's secretary said they had not decided the exact date, but hoped to announce it early next week.

Think about it guys......

Just say IF....

The MLS cashpile is wasted over the next year or two......

and.....

MLS then go onto lose the Tripath distribution agreement in the future (which is a very real possibility seeing as I believe Tripath have different owners to what they had a year or so ago)

Then

What are MLS left with ?

Little cash and a small core business which is barely profitable and requires furthur miracle contracts and furthur funding to ensure future growth. Then of course the NHS will play a part in all of this too.

Couple all of this with a CEO who won't exactly work for the interests of his shareholders (PNC a classic example) and what are you left with ?

A recipe for yet another slowly run down company which will eventually go onto shaft shareholders.

Ask yourself.....With the current core business AND £15m in the bank why does the market cap not reflect this ? Why aren't buyers queueing up here to buy ??

SELL

Safman......Well now PNC are gonna be forced to de-list soon it'll mean our dear Laurie Turnbull has had to find another 'wage' to keep him alive. Well he's got it here now hasn't he. Laurie has done absolutely nothing in 3/4 years with PNC yet he's glady took a wage there. (PNC shareholders totally shafted too)

Least it'll take him a few years to eat through the MLS cashpile.

FWIW.......This situation really stinks.

Not a single new contract now in over 1 year. The management need sacking. Not ONE single new contract. Why may I ask ?

(This is just a typical example of why AIM companies are a complete rip-off to 'gamble' with)

SELL all the way down to 0p

looking at their previous history.. PNC as an e.g. MLS won't get very far.. not with these guys at the helm.. management have to have an interest for shareholders.. there is no interest for shareholders here..
