13/7/2007 15:41 | thanks james. shame your not buying in.Its going to take off very shortly.. | power talker
13/7/2007 15:38 | Tinker, no thanks not even my gambling stake would find its way here. not read anything from the new resident investors to suggest otherwise Looks a load of poo at the moment to be honest but good luck anyway, don't be the last one to leave aye ! Here's my best pic fwiw, IIR, I met the CEO & CFO last month and have researched extensively, they will be releasing 3 new products to drive growth + have an acquisition strategy as well as many other opportunities up their sleeve. Now cashflow positive with huge growth, management recently converted accrued salaries at 50p per share + a much strengthened team in place. Illiquid though as shares tightly held by directors & PI's hence the ugly chart. | james 2
13/7/2007 15:37 | That means only 35 mill in issue. Just had the first buy of the day through..By the looks of level 2 many more to come. | power talker
13/7/2007 15:31 | Take the risk james and join in with a few. | tinker tailor
13/7/2007 15:31 | James, i buy and hold lock profits in and keep the remainder in my portfolio. | power talker
13/7/2007 15:28 | I expect you will go fast once you see a profit on the table, no waiting about for the management to turn things around aye ! FWIW I mostly buy small cap AIM stocks so no not a bearded old tesco investor by any stretch of the imagination. | james 2
13/7/2007 15:24 | Im expecting us to go fast once we get movement on the bid or offer.. Mms have dropped the limits a few more buys we tick up. | power talker
13/7/2007 15:23 | Tinker spot on.You get the scoffers like james but he never gets a winner too worried that something is wrong. If Mercury were as profitable and organised as TESCOs, james might buy. But then he would be paying ££££s. this is an aim penny share, the company is worth a lot more than what its capped at. | power talker
13/7/2007 15:22 | This will probably start moving higher when people see the delayed buys coming in.Could be a multibagger from here if the new team turn things around. | tinker tailor
13/7/2007 15:18 | Looks like a great recovery scenario could be on the cards here. | tinker tailor
13/7/2007 15:17 | Yes James I did, as I said there's a new management team in place, give them a chance! | chancer6
13/7/2007 15:16 | Dosen't say alot does it Chancer6 ? Did you notice the additional funds they had drawn down between end of March & June ? | james 2
13/7/2007 15:16 | Tinker thats it 120 million..once the over hangs cleared its fireworks. capped at around 800k..its nothing | power talker
13/7/2007 15:15 | Whilst there remains many challenges to overcome in the months ahead, your Directors believe there are good growth opportunities in SMPA's marketplace and therefore remain focused on building the business, both organically and through acquisition. | chancer6
13/7/2007 15:15 | Paying 0.63p on the bid from 0.61p. limit just 250k . level 2 strong 2 v 1. first move north coming. imho | power talker
13/7/2007 15:14 | Are there only 120M shares in issue here then? | tinker tailor
13/7/2007 15:13 | Its a clean slate with the businesses that were holding them back.I expect positive news shortly..Be prepared once we turn blue for MGP to move very fast. | power talker
13/7/2007 15:13 | So what do they do now then ? | james 2
13/7/2007 15:12 | Following the disposal of Navitas Hemway in September 2006, the sale of Telco Solutions completes the planned programme to dispose of the Group's previously loss making activities. | power talker
13/7/2007 15:11 | James, that's why the price isn't at 3 pence. IMO with the forward looking statements, it seems MGP will do an acquisition sooner rather than later. | chancer6
13/7/2007 15:10 | Thats one opinion James..But not mine. | power talker
13/7/2007 15:09 | Was loss making James, not anymore. However, all former loss making activities have now been disposed of and the Group is well positioned to concentrate on developing SMPA's core commercial property consultancy and estate agency business. | power talker
13/7/2007 15:08 | IMO, the dilution on the convertible loan notes won't happen for a v.long time. | chancer6 |
