20/7/2018 01:29 | Yes they have too much work and can't fulfil. That's a good thing but they can't fulfil because of low pay rates and they often disappoint by delivering late. That's a bad thing. Long term they have sustainability issues if and when the imbalance of consultants swings. I presume the radiologists you have spoken to on Medica's books. Speak to the 94% who aren't. Also what age are your consultants. I was told its usually the younger ones who are desperate for a bit more cash who sign up. The more senior ones have more than enough overtime. Most earn well over 100K+, so at that level with tax tiers, they need to be incentivised much more. | woracle |
