MediaZest – better it does proper analysis before issuing a formal trading update!

On Monday I noted an update from MediaZest (MDZ) which had seen the shares more than 50% higher to 0.04p. At an attempted no-one watching o’clock (uh oh) 5:18pm yesterday; “Further Update re: Trading Performance”..

I concluded previously I bet the company is considering its funding options and, with also its track record, still strongest possible bargepole – that including after noting the 30th September 2019 balance sheet showed £2.8 million of “Goodwill̶1;, with £0.9 million of “financial liabilities” and more than £1 million of payables.

Fundraise this week I expect. Based on the news releases to bolster it.

It is a conflict of interest.
If MDZ pay back their EP&F loan (inc. interest)
If EP&F sell their MDZ shares.

As the lockdown has been eased across many countries, further client sites have re-opened and in May 2020 MediaZest delivered on two of the previously delayed projects. There are several other projects now similarly scheduled for completion in June 2020 and the Board expects that all previously delayed projects will be delivered in the coming weeks

Do you think that Mediazest could have similar tech for mid air haptics as Ultraleap formally called Ultrahaptics.

Ramp, ramp, ramp, fundraise. Rinse and repeat.

14 years and not a profit in sight. What a wasted resource.
