16/8/2006 18:52 | Annual Report and Accounts out. | dalcon01
11/8/2006 15:36 | Cheers Chap, Although I don't like the choice of wording in the penultimate sentence - is this a clever choice of double talk words? I doubt it, but it did catch my eye. | spaceparallax
11/8/2006 14:01 | Thanks for the above chap, I'll be around for the 'significant re-rating', adding prior to Autumn. | addas99
11/8/2006 13:48 | Good write up in the August AIM & OFEX Newsletter. Conclusion below. MSQ £77.7m 23.75p Comment: With the reorganisation of Media Square almost complete, the focus will now be on improving operating margins from the current 5% low. This was always expected to be a 2-3 year process following the substantial acquisition and integration of MSG. Investors have been wary of Media Square with its lack of profits visibility and debt position but the focus here is revenue growth which it is clearly delivering. The shares are trading on a February 2007 multiple of 11.9 falling to 8.4 in 2008. If forecasts are hit the re-rating will be significant. We think they will be so our stance is BUY. | chap1889
07/8/2006 10:27 | The share price will soon bounce big-time. The recent RNS and fundamentals support a significantly higher share price - it's only a matter of time until this is recognised by the Market. | spaceparallax
02/8/2006 13:48 | chap, maybe, but as you say BS not listed todate as a key institutional holder so very welcome news that they are aboard. Roll on this month's update. | addas99
02/8/2006 13:32 | Bear Sterns holding 11,160k. That explains who has been doing the buying then. Not sure what BS held before (can't find any 3% announcements and they aren't listed on the MS website as a large shareholder). No announcements from the existing institutional holders, so they didn't sell any. Hopefully that all bodes well. [addas - your post 230 - suspect they were buys after all.] | chap1889
28/7/2006 12:37 | Some very odd trades:- 216 sell 4 sell?????? | dalcon01
28/7/2006 12:10 | Addas, you're probably right - not that I understand anyone, au fait with the Company and the very positive recent results, selling at this time. | spaceparallax
28/7/2006 11:29 | .....any decent reaction perhaps negated by the two huge trades, must be sells, seen this morning :-( | addas99
28/7/2006 10:35 | Today's IC has a very positive article with BUY recommendation. | spaceparallax
26/7/2006 15:27 | Interesting to see the share price support level - I'd be surprised, given the recent TS, to see it fall below 23p; from which point it can build again. | spaceparallax
24/7/2006 10:11 | Addas, I would say that you're about right, especially given their share price before the reverse takeover, which slid because of understandable Market concerns over whether they could make it work. Well, they do seem to be succeeding and surely that warrants a substantial upgrade to the pre-takeover share price (albeit with cogniznace of the current Market). | spaceparallax
24/7/2006 08:08 | A broker buy recommendation in Sat's Mail..... "Collins Stewart says buy at 22p (now 24p). Good value. Potential 50pc upside over 12 months" Personally I reckon that as soon as profitability is improved and eps level 2p+ we'll be above 40p. Look forward to their August update. | addas99
21/7/2006 09:37 | Good old Kel, I always said he was a nice bloke really - sad that so many misunderstood him!! | spaceparallax
21/7/2006 08:30 | Nice director buy to follow up the results. Well played. | chap1889
20/7/2006 16:11 | Presumably MSQ will get good media coverage overnight. | spaceparallax
20/7/2006 13:15 | Chap, slow and steady is always preferable. | spaceparallax
20/7/2006 10:55 | Hi space. Results said everything I wanted/expected them to say, very happy there were no surprises. Unfortunately there's a gap down to 22.25p, so I agree with your assessment that share price will drift short term (also effect of profit takers and the usual selling after results). Xmas target 28p. I see (and prefer) slow and steady for the time being. | chap1889
20/7/2006 09:00 | Results look very impressive- no doubt we'll see an initial share price rise followed by a few dips as any previously disillusioned investors bale out at a higher exit price. Ultimately, I'd be surprised if we haven't approached the 30p level by Xmas. | spaceparallax
20/7/2006 08:25 | Even accounting for the acquisition, this looks a good punt this morning. Very solid set of results. Great growth , will improve margins and pays a divi. | gingermagician
20/7/2006 08:16 | I beg to differ spooky. One can see from both the results and from the share price graph that after a long period of consolidation the company is now consentrating on profits. The graph particuarly shows the the share price is now in an uptread and will hopefully be a very good earner for share holders. | peteh1
20/7/2006 08:09 | spooky, it's funny you should say that, this is the first time I've looked at this company but I couldn't quite grasp some of the stats they were spilling out, like how the company has performed against various sectors - it's all a bit like they are desperate to find a positive stat to hide something else. I was thinking about buying but will watch from the sidelines for now. | james t kirk
20/7/2006 08:04 | I continue to follow the company and remain very sceptical about the real underlying performance of the various businesses. The noise created by acquisitions makes it very difficult to get a true grasp of what is really going on and they continually fall short of expectations without actually warning.Statements remain very opaque and in my experience situations such as these rarely turn out well for the shareholder.Having said that i will continue to follow with interest,my concerns may be unfounded and i hope the shares go up for current holders. | spooky
20/7/2006 07:40 | Having just read the RNS, that's an extremely good set of results and the incresae in business is very impressive. | james t kirk |
