The discounts on some of the exclusive golf properties were up to 50 per cent. Internationally, golf club homes are struggling to find buyers. McInerney Homes launched the development of townhouses and four and five-bedroom homes at Druids Glen in 2006 at prices starting from over 800,000 for townhouses.
