Me Takeover Rumours (MEGP)

John, a few weeks ago you were suggesting 160/170p would be a good takeover price - well here we are! I get the sugar rush of a takeover but while there are such obvious growth prospects on offer it is much better for the company to remain independent, in my opinion.

I was thinking the same re-takeover. Would be shame as clearly growing…but if they can get a premium…

And a 1.659m just now too. Crasnianski buying more or maybe Montefiore. Clearly big sellers working in the market dragging the price down here on the back of the update. It was falling before that too so it looks like the market might have sniffed out what was to come in the trading update. This short term trend from those recent highs above 160p is still firmly down, but if the buyers step in big enough here, it might reverse. 130p will be the key mark to watch and the order book building. I don't know if this clear out is enough to clear persistent sellers here, but definitely keeping an eye on it. It looks like this will be a takeover target again. Nothing to note intraday price movement wise as yet. Sellers still in control right now. All imo DYOR
