Why do companies of this size need 2 brokers, Peel Hunt and Berenberg ?

Approaching 130p. A pivotal resistance. Close above that and we are away.

In every annual report MEG state potential future business risks - as is common practice for listed corporates.

They have flagged up the potential for changes in passport ID requirements for at least a decade plus.

Worth a read.

Thanks Disc0 and xxx. Appreciate your comments. I find it hard to understand how someone can translate “concern”; with “loosing sleep”. So if any of my fellow investors have concern about by sleep patterns, please be assured that as a result of what I do between the hours of 10am and 8pm ensures I have an excellent nights sleep 💤.

I've been a holder for 10+ years and interested to hear the +ve's and the -ve's. That is how you form a sensible view.
An echo chamber is simply misleading,so I hope you continue to post @foolsgold.
The comment about the ex coo was helpful.

Lammy, there is enough people who in this group that only talk the share up so what’s their motive. What’s wrong with someone asking questions and if you real all my posts over the past 2 years you would see this is not my approach. And as for the concerned comment below. I learnt along time ago to always look at investments with a cautious mind. So I’m not going to change my methodology at this stage in my life and maybe a similar approach from others would deliver them better returns. But as I seem to be upsetting some people in the group I’ll keep my concerns and knowledge to myself. X

Exactly Green Knight.

If MEGP gives sleepless nights, then sell!
Presumably foolsgold is trying to sow seeds of doubt into PIs minds so he can add more at a lower price..

Or am I just a wee bit cynical?

Disc0 thanks for comment. When I first bought Phoro- me shares all they did was photo ID and it’s been the main bread and butter of the business and dividend I’ve received for many years so I like to see how’s it’s developing (excuse the pun) See below. Couldn’t send link so cut and paste this

If you read all my posts you will see I’ve said some very positive things and that I have believed in this share for some time. I have also declared that as I’m retired I decided to keep one share that had been very good to me for many years and as this is the share and I’ve loads of free time on my hands I do research it a lot. And I have used this forum to express my concerns and hopefully get good insight from people better qualified.

The nakedtrader bought above 127p and made a reasonably bullish case for MEGP so I'd hope we won't be languishing at 120 for too long. Bit of a worrying downtrend though. A lot will obviously depend on the next update. PhotoMe was always a volatile stock.

Any expansionary CAPEX should arguably be directed in to B2C laundry.

Feed Me looks a mistake and I made that point at the time of the acquisition - and neither do I see the fresh juicing machines as a reliable profit generator. In the UK, Sainsbury's and Tesco's (some outlets) had orange juice machines, they no longer appear to be in stores - need to stress these were not Me Group products.

They don't know anything. Their strategy is up to them. Schroders have added to their position recently and they are no fools. Poor attempt to set the seeds of doubt in PIs minds. Lol.

My fear is what do fidelity know that we don’t. I read that in Belgium the government are changing the process for photo ID. Photo Booth no longer required, I can see this happing a lot as mobile technology is so far advanced these days that they can do a biometric photo. As Photo ID is still the No1 revenue and I assume profit generator it’s very concerning and Feed me looks like it’s losing money so very reliant on laundry which has lots of new competitors including the companies X COO!!!
