Posted at 07/9/2018 15:25 by culver The liquidators Proposed Final Account has been uploaded to:hxxp://rsm.insolvenc Case Code: 1082838 Password: mitB685Q The final distribution is 3.13577524413255p per share allegedly paid on 15 August 2018. Before you complain that this is over 3 weeks ago and you haven't received anything yet, I think they have been doing some cheeky back-dating. The report is dated 22 August but only uploaded today and, several days after 15 August, they were still telling me that the "final distribution will be finalised in due course" Not a hanging offence but back-dating is pretty unprofessional. The money (£76,361) held to cover uncashed distribution cheques discussed in this thread back in March appears to have been paid over to the "Accountant of Court" (google it!). Subject to everyone actually receiving their final distribution, I thinks this constitutes THE END! |
Posted at 28/8/2018 15:35 by culver Latest from liquidators' office:"The Joint Liquidators are required to convene an annual meeting of the Company’s members by 4 October 2018. We therefore expect to issue the Joint Liquidators’ annual report and a final distribution to shareholders (of which there are in excess of 12,500), by this date. The rate of a final distribution will be finalised in due course and we are not able to give a specific quantum in the meantime. For context however, we envisage a final distribution could be of the order of 2-3p per share. This is indicative only and may be subject to significant change." |
Posted at 19/6/2018 18:10 by culver marksp2011- thanks for continuing to chase. It will be disappointing if it does turn out to be 1.5p/share as this would imply they didn't get a final distribution from SIW anywhere close to the £500k they estimated (or there were some huge expenses). Per last year's report cash at 04-07-2017 was £945k (= 5.17p/share)less distribution paid 24-07-2017 c£671k (= 3.669p/share)= c£270k (approx 1.5p/share). If they got a final distribution of £500k and knocking a bit off for expenses there should be cash of c£700k to give us a final distribution of say 3.8p/share. The annual report has to be made up to 04-07-2018 so even if there are further delays in the distribution, we should see the report within the next 2 months. We might get some indication before that if SIW's liquidator files his annual report made up to 15-05-2018 with Companies House in the next few weeks. Fingers crossed for over 3p/share! |
Posted at 02/12/2017 07:41 by marksp2011 All depends if the preference share holders that seem to have been created after it went private got their $$$$They got the vast majority of the last payout. If they are done, could be 4p, if not, next to nothing. I have asked the question but no reply yet |
Posted at 02/12/2017 01:17 by forcemode Thanks for that Mark, any idea how much it might be worth per share? TIA |
Posted at 01/12/2017 13:26 by marksp2011 Morning MarkThere will be a final distribution for the shareholders of MDY Holdings Limited once we have received the final distribution from the liquidation of SIW Holdings Limited. This final distribution was expected in October but has been somewhat delayed. We hope to finalise the liquidation and issue the final distribution early next year. |
Posted at 24/8/2017 20:35 by marksp2011 and the answer is who knows?I wasn't aware that we seem to have gained a lot of preference share holders presumably once the Company was taken private There was about 4.75M left but the sharks will get their bite before we get the crumbs |
Posted at 15/8/2017 20:54 by hotfinance14 What % did MDY own of Stanmore ? I assume MDY receive that % soon. |
Posted at 15/8/2017 17:47 by culver Message from my SIPP manager:"Following the Liquidation, the Liquidators have declared a further distribution of approximately GBP0.036695 per share. Cash proceeds were credited to accounts on 15 August 2017." We are due a Liquidator's Progress Report soon which might provide more info. The liquidator of the holding company for Stanmore shares (see post 4188), AIMIM Ltd (formerly SIW Holdings Ltd), filed the annual report for that company ( includes a note that £4.5m is held in escrow and is not expected to be released until October 2017. |
