MUBL is a sure WIN now...Surely they are desperate to re-negotiate with Morriosn a perfetc Rocket in way..if news comes up it would go ballistic

I have to say that I'm struggling to compute these two statements -

22/6/09
"a new 3 year contract with Wm Morrison Supermarkets plc ('Morrisons') for the supply of Morrisons entertainment into 2012"

6/4/11
"the trading relationship with its major customer, Morrisons Supermarket plc ("Morrisons") has terminated with immediate effect"

Edit: If "an agreement has been reached", Kimboy, I think they'd have said rather more than they were in "advanced negotiations".

Well it would either indicate that an agreement has been reached with MRW or that MRW have run off with the ball early.

I would have thought that the first was more likely but the fact that there has been no RNS yet inclines me to the second.

If they have got their brass out of MRW then the share price will double or treble. If they haven't they are bust.

I suspect we will know which it is by the end of the day.

PC and TA said they wanted to get out of it early as it was virtually loss-making anyway so maybe it's good news. Hopefully it speeds up the settlement and then MBL can see what it's got left.

Morrisons terminates MBL Group pact early

In a surprise note to suppliers, Morrisons said that it has ended its supply contract with MBL Group "with immediate effect" and has put in place an interim trading plan to get its new arrangements up and running.

Well. The 40% is worthless. The 300 angry staff are waiting for the bad news. The suppliers are camping outside waiting for payment. The shareholders are making increasingly vocal noises about bonus payment and strange related party deals and equally strange valuations on aquisitions. So what do you think?
I am sure he can think of one or two other places to be right now.
But if it is true, the saying 'you can run, but you can't hide'comes to mind.

A little tick up in the sp, maybe that good news is near or a few investors are noticing how undervalued these are. Either way the rise is keeping the idiots away.

The entertainment companies will most probably be reeling in their credit terms until the situation with MBL resolves one way or other. Bee may be flushing out its stock. Under current circumstances I'd think twice before ordering anything from the site. Let us know if your orders arrive!!
