Yes, they have not really helped themselves with the price on that placing, should have raised when it was higher. I see Block Energy stake as a waste of money, should have been ploughed into Texan assets.

I am a bit rusty on the rules on results and to be honest pretty annoyed at MYN for the placing terms (i.e. warrants which will act as a ceiling) - so much so that I will probably sell my shares over the next few weeks - but does anyone know what the rules state? Do they HAVE to be out by the end of June? If so cutting it very fine...

Publishing the prelims to 31st December 2017 would be a good start, they're due today or perhaps Monday at the latest.

I wonder why Deloro didn't exercise their option to purchase a bigger stake in Petroteq if it is as great as the hype is claiming.

Deloro has the right until 13 June 2018 to invest a further US$2.4m in return for the issue of 4 million shares in Petroteq and 4 million warrants over Petroteq stock, exercisable at US$0.91 for 3 years.

It will be good to see some production figures for our other assets to see if there has been any sustained flows and income. AR commisioning tests will be going for another month and the official opening is in September. Hope they are producing in the meantime.

easily the most frustrating company atm

there is a lot of people with a lot of money held here and will have to sell at considerable loss if the decide to sell now

thats why i think it might just make small gains this week or next

Short term is a no. Will take production increase news and more oil at the new locations. Turning into another medium to long hold for me.

C. 10% dilution but reputationally very poor.
Suspect this will tread water in the 0.6p region until EG can actually deliver on the repeated 300-500 Bopd net target. They should have been there by now and with no dilution so most will consider this , more of the same ,as far as Mayan’s chequered history is concerned.

The recent share price performance was pointing to just such an event...and they keep buying these assets but they keep giving the same 300-500 bpd targets!!!

About time they started giving out production numbers..

yes, disappointing. Expecting a hit on the share price today..more jam tomorrow scenario. Interims later this week or early next. Expect that will more upbeat and indicative of current/future revenue and likely profits. Be interesting to get Align Research take on this morning's news. Will keep the faith for now and keep holding for the medium and long term.

I cant paste the article here - its not fair as they are a smaller company and rely on subscriptions - but I briefly read it and they are saying the CEO (Eddie) should resign as the job should be full time - then the rest of the board should step down too as they should not have agreed to his additional directorships - I partly agree in the sense that we want his full focus on MYN however it is common for directors, especially the good ones, to have multiple directorships and if he keeps doing what he has so far, bar the issues with the share price which I believe they are trying to address, I dont see a big issue with it. Hope that helps.
