13/12/2017 11:16 | Loads of upside here. "with the promise to shareholders of no shortage of high impact value trigger events over the next few months." "Mayan has fast improving fundamentals and significant inventory of new wells & reserves, which should provide a significant reserves upgrade which we anticipate will provide a material uplift in the value of the company." "DCF analysis reveals an upside of almost 700%" | x54v

12/12/2017 23:43 | It would be very interesting to know at what level the potential per-barrel royalty payment will be set with regard to the Clean Oil Recovery Technology. Pp. | piperpeter
12/12/2017 19:37 | AIM is usually slow to catch up. MYN needs some extra coverage and a few more RNS to get the word about. | brasso3
12/12/2017 17:40 | The current Deloro investment is worth around $17mCAD when you compare it to Petroteq value. | keya5000
12/12/2017 16:22 | At the time firm negotiations had been in place early October Petroteq was trading at 50c it is now at $2.30. Value of the market cap is in the Deloro deal on its own. I am told what Deloro got was equivalent to 95% of what Petroteq had at the time. So they have put on $100m mcap since and we have dropped. Crazy AIM. | keya5000
12/12/2017 16:18 | Feb 2018 should be up to 1000bopd. It will work, the system is modular, the test 250bopd facility performed so no reason why a scale out cannot be achieved. Look at Eddie'd twitter line he's posted some pictures a few weeks ago, all new shiny kit already on site. | keya5000
12/12/2017 12:16 | Thanks, Kingkongtimmo, that's good to hear. So there's potential for additional income for the Company in the form of regular Royalty Payments. I suppose when production re-starts at Asphalt Ridge the wider oil world will be forced to take notice of this clean oil technology. Does anyone know when the plant is expected to re-start production? Pp. | piperpeter
12/12/2017 11:21 | I've correspondence with Eddie where he says quite clearly, that MYN own part of the tech. So yes PP I believe you're right | kingkongtimmo
11/12/2017 20:34 | PP, I am led to believe that is the case. EG has been quoted directly that the Deloro deal is worth 5x what we paid for it if you use the direct comparable of Petroteq's market cap. So £6m of mcap for Mayan not in the current. | keya5000

11/12/2017 15:50 | Just been reading some of the tweets (Nov. 30) at Petroteq/Petrobloq, under the heading "5 companies at the cutting edge of tech", one of these being Petroteq Energy Inc. With reference to the patented Clean Oil Recovery Technology it suggests that producers would pay Petroteq a per-barrel fee for the use of their Clean Oil Recovery Technology. Firstly, am I correct in believing that Mayan Energy will have a 17.6% interest in Deloro, which in turn will have a 49% interest in Petroteq Energy CA, a wholly owned subsidiary of Petroteq Energy Inc, or put another way, a direct interest of 8.624% in Petroteq Energy CA? Secondly, would this 8.624% holding be applicable with regard to the per-barrel fee paid by producers for use of the Clean Oil Recovery Technology? Thirdly, would Mayan Energy be indirectly entitled to an 8.624% slice of the licensing of the technology? Finally, anyone here in contact with Eddie Gonzalez? Pp. | piperpeter

10/12/2017 23:54 | Have to agree with backtogo and amore. All this company does is issue endless shares. Doesn't really matter what prospects are because the value is killed by dilution before you get there. Seen it on too many AIM co's. | torp
