Pursuant to the terms of the MOU, and subject to all applicable director, shareholder and regulatory approvals, including approval of the TSX Venture Exchange (the "TSXV"), Deloro will loan Petroteq Energy CA, Inc. ("Petroteq Energy CA"), a wholly owned subsidiary of the Company, US$10 million under a convertible debenture (the "Debenture") which will, subject to the terms and conditions of the Debenture, be convertible into up to 49% of Petroteq Energy CA. Petroteq Energy CA is the sole shareholder of Petroteq Oil Sands Recovery, LLC ("Petroteq Oil Sands") and TMC Capital, LLC ("Petroteq TMC").

Looks like ADVFN has updated the financials/shares in issue.

Market cap GB£6,700,000.

Estimated PROFIT for 2018 = US$7,020,000.
Estimated PROFIT for 2018 = GB£5,300,000.

Current Market Cap = GB£6,700,000.

Surely, one day the penny will drop?

The pyrophase technology hasn't been used yet at Forrest Hill - according to a CEO tweet on 15th.MYN have a free carry for the first two Wells .This link shows the potential. Cash - from the RNS, I got a different read on this.

· Defined development programme to rapidly increase production utilising the existing Asphalt Ridge plant, Petroteq's patented processes (49% of which is being acquired by Deloro) and Deloro's proprietary technology.

Should that bracketed section have been put in front of "Petroteq's patented processes" then? I read it as Deloro owning 49% of Asphalt Ridge production and also 49% of Petroteq's patented processes.

I guess that's one they can hopefully clarify in the not too distant future.

Agreed. They have access to the technology. They do not have a stake or ownership interest.
