Comedy - I never understand this,why does someone pays so much premium for stocks when they can clearly buy it cheaper on the market, it happened in RLH too,I just cant get around my head,any comments anyone

another way to look at it is...they want to make a profit...this share price is on floor compared to past...so geradton get it at 0.75p now...give it a year or two and they sell if they want to at multiples??? so for those in stock for mid term all will win..also nice to know we have a major shareholder who will support company??

I'l put it simply...why did geradton take paper for money owed at 50% to current sp? are you going to answer???

if not i have a feeling as seen you change your name and always appear on stock that are moving up...that maybe your not a good smaritan but someone trying to shake loose stock for someone???

mm' have sqat all stock as they wanted full ask yesterday...they havent got back my 10 mill stock...

now why would you be worried about an rns that benefits shareholders if you're not in stock???

you going to answer any questions watchout 2/3/1 or just going to keep going round in circles???

It dont make sense beginner.

The company underwriting the placing is the company that is owed the 8 million
of debt that MVW.

So nobody subscribes for the shares or at least it gets a poor allocation, lets
face it why would you buy at 0.75p when you can buy at 33% less, so G has to pay all that money to buy stock at too high a price and then it gets it back
again, very bizarre if you ask me, if they wanted to support the company they
just let it recover in time and paid down the debt or do a debt for equity swap at a sensible price and sell it off in the market, yes it would be a monster overhang but you are going to have a monster overhang whichever way
you look at it, it would clear quicker with a cheaper placing.

Just looks a bit iffy.

o/t simple question you are right about ohm did a placing above 20p and price on the floor...seems liek they arent getting business in as fast as thought and have cash burn...also reason there is i think the chaps who took at a premium on placing havent then come in to take more shares at ahigher placing to show they support company...plus think a few shorters and games are being played there to sow uncertainty. But would be easy for company to dispell that uncertainty if the shareholders dipped in again and took shares at a premium to current share price which would send a signal to market they will see company through the current patch.

here i have been before and after amazon woman was here so if you have beef with him/her take it up with them.

Fact said i would be here till the end and i am so lets see if you can post honestly yourself.

Answer why would geraldton take paper at 50% over current share price if they werent intending to support company? You cant say no one will support the company and then when major shareholder does says ...thats because no one else would...otherwise geradton could quite easily have walked away..they havent.

I believe we will get our 1p in medium term...lets see if you will be man enough to put your hand up at the time...or will you just change your handle again???

What is the point of a placing to pay off debt when the company who is
getting paid off has to then pay it back to subscribe for the shares
nobody wants creating a monster overhang ?


If this is such a pointless exercise then why have they gone ahead and done it?

Geraldton obviously see this as the best way to recoup the money owed to them.

What would have been the alternative, let the company go bust and see no money. Think about it.

lol watch out just relax...it's a friday go and have a coffee and enjoy life...no one is telling anyone to buy..some of us loaded up a while back and still here...unlike you previously implying we were out...so people dont want to buy thats fine...anyway got to go and get some stock ...cant spend all day nattering with you. :)

hako have a feeling this is the chap ericcon/trader who has been punting WET to everyone which seems to have a huge overhang...here the rns actually came out showing cazenove reducing...so now we will be back to simple buy/sell demand with the mm's being able to tweak it for a while...but we will rise to 0.75p over time so happy to try to kncok a few more once accounts load up.:)

TDW may have a free float of stock, since I have had no problem buying 2 lots first thing today. I can understand how little stock there is, and its just luck on my part that TDW had some stock to offer.

oh dear going to be keeping your buttock muscles squeezed tight trying to get people not to buy...when they can see placing 50% above current price...from main shareholder who has deep pockets...dont think a mill or two is going to be missed by him so we now have opportunity to get in lower in a company with a reduced loan...just waiting for accout to load up...anyone getting any quotes to buy or have mm's shut online down???:)
